Positives: Beds were very comfy, linen and towels good quality and clean, property was very warm in fact we turned the heating down. Mince pies, bread, milk, kitchen was well equipped and butter were a lovely touch and as I use to live in Sherborne I knew the road was very noisy.Negatives: Garden path, steps and area by back door were slippery and could do with being power washed, floors and rugs weren’t hoovered (I bought my own hoover to clear dust bunnies, cobwebs on ceilings as the Henry hoover in the upstairs cupboard was too cumbersome on the steep narrow stairs). No cupboard space for our food and supplies, radiator in the lounge doesn’t work making that room cold unless you turn on the noisy fan heater, tv is old and not a smart tv (bought my own from Argos instead), key safe in the cupboard is difficult to access to see the numbers and the numbers on the key safe at the front door are also difficult to read. The property shown in the pictures is a fresh new version of what is currently being rented out … We did enjoy our stay though and it served our purpose for the week we stayed …
