8/10 Good

There are quite a lot of marks on the carpets, that concerned me.

There are quite a lot of marks on the carpets, that concerned me. Especially if you get blamed for msking them at a later date. All had photos taken on arrival day.Poor welcome pack: a packet of biscuits and a large bag of crisps. No milk, or bread.Lack of terrestrial Tv was an issue for the the elderly who can't use new technologies with ease.Rugs that ruffle up on most floors presented a trip hazard. The carpet into the kitchen from the dayroom had a single nut lock profile fitted, that had not been installed correctly. Consequently the transition from LVT to carpet created a very high dangerous trip hazard risk in the doorway. From getting into the house and moving from one room to another on the ground floor there are steps up and down (some without a hand rail). When booking the property I was warned and in hind sight I should have listened. The property was warm and comfortable. The log fire superb to light and control.
