Newly renovated 2 bedroom townhouse in excellent area of La Cala de Mijas. The property is walking distance to the beach, numerous fantastic restaurants, bars and shops, and is situated inside a gated community, which features private parking, a large communal swimming pool + children’s pool, and padel tennis court.
The house offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen and living room, and several terraces (1 of which has an alfresco dining area with gas BBQ).
On the upper floor guests will find the 2 bedrooms and first bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and has access to a private terrace that enjoys partial sea views. The second bedroom has a single bed with additional bed that pulls out from beneath it to make a double bed. The bedrooms share access to a bathroom with walk-in shower.
On the lower level guests will find a stylish and comfortable living room, furnished with an L-shaped sofa facing a large smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and gas fireplace. There is a dining area with seating for 4, and the second bathroom that offers a walk-in shower and washing machine. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils and appliances expected of a quality rental property, perfect for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining.
Outside on the ground floor terrace there is an alfresco dining area and a gas BBQ for guests to enjoy.
The property has air conditioning (hot and cold) in both bedrooms, and there is strong fibre optic WIFI (100mbps) reachable throughout the property. A private parking space is included in the rental.
Along with all the fantastic restaurants and bars that are located nearby, for the golfers, La Cala de Mijas offers a number of excellent golf courses that are less than 10 minutes drive away. Malaga Airport is just 25 minutes from the property.

The property was in need of some maintenance. The cleaning was not the best to the point I had to clean it myself on arrival. Building work going on so early morning wake up and drilling all day while trying to relax around the pool! We should have been informed about this before our arrival. Vrbo and the communication with Emma was very good and we got 15 percent back but still I would have rather know so I could decide for myself if I was happy to stay.
