Mirador Blue K is a newly built duplex flat for 5 people located in front of the beach of Cala Sant Vicenç with terrace, garden, high speed WIFI and AACC (hot/cold).



This flat has an excellent location overlooking the sea and the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntanta which can be enjoyed from the wonderful terrace with sea views and the roof terrace with sun loungers and barbecue.



The flat offers a furnished terrace with table, chairs, sunbeds, barbecue and panoramic view to the sea and the Serra de Tramuntana.



Mirador Blue K offers three bedrooms:

- The first bedroom has a double bed and has a private ensuite bathroom with bathtub and access to the terrace.

- The second bedroom has two single beds.

- The third bedroom has a trundle bed.



In addition to the ensuite bathroom there is a second bathroom with walk-in shower.



The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with integrated dining area leading to the bright private terrace with excellent sea views.



In front of the flat there is ample free public parking. There is also a private parking in the building which costs 6 €/day.



This flat is ideal for travellers who want to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday in the summer and is a perfect location for fishing, diving, cycling and hiking trips outside of the main tourist season.

Nice lokation The appartment needs some make-over , at the doors, loks and drains. Perhaps sunbeds for 4 persons

Excellent location

The location was wonderful, the booking process and the instructions were great. Too many emails, but better than not enough. A/C units did not work, the wireless thermostats were not synchronized and would not hold a charge. They constantly turned off or would not turn on. Door hardware was broken, light bulbs not working, shower hardware was all broken or missing. Very few towels.
