Our home is located in a quiet residential area in Methil, offering a peaceful and safe environment. The neighbourhood consists of local families, creating a welcoming atmosphere for your stay. Our property is conveniently situated just a 5-minute drive to Leven and a 30-minute drive to Glenrothes, making it an ideal base for both leisure and work stays. Energy Park Fife & Harland and Woolf Shipyard is 0.5 miles from our home making it an ideal commute for any workers based there. Rosyth Dockyard can be reached within 30 minutes by road (22 miles), while St Andrews, famous for its historic university and world-renowned golf courses, is just a 30-minute drive away. (19 miles) Dundee, known for its thriving tech industry and the V&A Museum, is also within easy reach, approximately 45 minutes by car. (30 miles) Guests should be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 19:00 and 11:00. Smoking is not allowed.
