Really nice property, immaculate and well provisioned. The location is perfect with a five star view of the Gulf of Mexico. Also, close to many great restaurants. However, the real star of the show is the spectacular beach which runs for miles. Highly recommended.

This place was clean, updated. Had every cooking utensil you could need. Pretty much everything you could need for a wonderful stay. Furniture was comfortable and felt like home. Great patio and pool.There is live music across the street every night, which is great for fun bad for kids going to sleep. Had a great stay would recommended to anyone.

This condo was super comfortable and had every thing one could think of needing. A lot of thought has been put into what one might need on vacation, such as a beach bag down to batteries for the TV remote. The beds are super comfortable and I have been called the "Princess and the Pea" a few times. The furniture is new, the place was super clean and the kitchen perfect for use should you decide to cook. The pool, which is salt water is heated so even on a cooler day we could get in. The beach is just steps away and was never busy. Restaurants in walking distance too. The only challenge was noisy neighbors in the elevator hallway which the bedrooms back up to, which is not something one can control. Kelly was super responsive to any questions and even tried to assess where the noisy neighbors were coming from. And again, "Princess and the pea," my travel companion did not hear the noise. Oh, and the sunsets from the porch were amazing. I would stay hear again in a heart beat and probably will.

Great location, truly is right on the beach

My wife and I and our three early teen children stayed there for spring break. The location was extremely well stocked, especially the kitchen, and had great appliances quality appliances. I'm the family cook, and that makes a big difference to me. On the first night, the air conditioning went out. We texted back and forth with the owner and they had someone out the next day and it was fixed. It has a nice pool and hot tub out back and a dedicated parking spot right next to the stairs and elevator. All in all, it was a great experience and everybody loved it.

We were a group of 5 adults (sisters & a couple spouses) from different states. This property was FANTASTIC one of the cleanest, best equipped, prettiest, condos we have ever stayed in. They provided everything we needed for an awesome day at the beach: Beach chairs Umbrella Cooler Beach bag Towels The view was amazing!!! We watched the sunsets every night . We definitely would return to this location.

Best Ever!! Indian Rocks Condo!!

We have stayed at many VRBO rentals and this was by far one of the best!! The condo is decorated so beautifully and supplied with every beach and household essential you could ever need!! A beach bag, beach towels, beach toys and chairs, and in the condo, essential spices, condiments and the most beachy plates and dishes!! Kelly even thought of chip clips and insulated wine and tumblers!! Seriously amazing!!! Let’s talk views!!! You can sit oceanfront on your very own patio and watch and listen to the waves... simply beautiful!!! The location is close and within walking distance to some fun places to eat!! An ice cream shop, Crabby Bills, PJ’s Oyster House and Jakes Mexican Cantina all fun places to eat and enjoy!! There is also a fun new brewery within walking distance, Anecdote Brewing. CVS is also close by. All in all this was an amazing stay!! One of my favorites!! Perfect in every way!! We will be back!! I also forgot to mention the lovely heated pool and hot tub..and the fact that you can walk for miles both ways on the beach!! Simply amazing!!!Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Restful setting

We had stayed in another unit at Pier House for several years, but it no longer was available. We booked this unit, and it exceeded our expectations. It is clean and comfortable, with a spectacular beach view. The location is perfect for access to Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater.
