This waterfront property is located on the edge of the San Sebastian inlet in the City of Saint Augustine. This apartment is on the first floor of a two story home. This apartment has a separate entrance from the upstairs apartment. The apartment is approximately 550sf. When you rent this apartment you are renting a complete apartment. Sail boats docked in the harbor and shrimp boats bringing home its catch provides a picturesque backdrop. Sit on the screened porch. We enjoyed our stay here. The place is not fancy or full of high-end furniture or cookware, but it met our needs perfectly. The lanai was pleasant and we enjoyed coffee there each morning. We had an incident with plumbing and the owners were prompt and attentive. It is about a mile walk to the hostoric district, bit we did it easily each night. Highly recommend for affordable accomodationson the harbor.

I was happy to find whatever I needed for cooking and relaxing during my stay at Harbor Island. The facilities and amenities were clean and in good working order, and I was further delighted with the hand-painted pictures in each room and picturesque views from the windows, porch, and outdoor sitting places. Beyond this, the hosts and staff were attentive to my needs. I would definitely book this place again!

This property is truly a gem! Quiet and off the beaten path, but close enough to everything. The view is breathtaking, awesome sunsets. The hosts are wonderful; checking in to make sure everything is okay and if anything is needed. Offering ideas of things to do and places to see; I almost felt like we were family or longtime friends! So cozy and comfortable; felt like home! We didn't want to leave, and we'll definitely go back to this place!
