Enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside in this lovely villa, for 6 people and with a private pool, on the outskirts of Lloseta.On the outside of this beautiful villa, you can enjoy a superb swim in the private chlorinated swimming pool, measuring 8 x 3 m and ranging from 0.6 to 1.8 m deep. It is accompanied by 3 sun loungers, although you can also relax on one of the two Balinese beds. Going down a few steps from the pool, you access the porch, ideal for eating and dining, with a barbecue, outdoors, or having a drink at sunset in the armchairs. They also have a terrace equipped for this purpose in another corner of this house. The plot, fenced, offers around 4000 m2 of land.The property has 2 floors. On the upper floor, there is a living room with A/C and TV-SAT, located next to the kitchen, with a ceramic hob, which communicates through a marble peninsula. From here, a couple of steps lead to the dining room, also with A/C and access to the pool. The 4 bedrooms in the house, all with A/C and three with wardrobe, are located on the ground floor. Three of them offer a double bed and the fourth has two single beds. One of the doubles has a window only with a view to the interior of the house but offers access to the terrace. Additionally, two of the bedrooms offer an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are two more bathrooms with a shower in the house, one on each floor. 1 cot and 1 high chair available. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.This farm is located on the outskirts of the town of Lloseta, where tranquillity is breathed and the atmosphere of a typical Mallorcan village. It offers the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Nevertheless, Inca is just 5 minutes by car, where there are many more services and its traditional Thursday market. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcúdia, 32 km away.The tourist tax must be paid on the day of arrival (€2 per person per night)Pets are welcome.The holding of events is not permitted.There is outdoor parking for 6 cars.
