Lovely barn conversion perfect for a romantic break for two to explore this great area. Ground Floor:

Please note: The property is located on a working farm and there is an unfenced stream within the grounds.. The Granary is a beautifully renovated barn conversion, finished to a high standard and designed with couples in mind. Perfect for a romantic countryside escape, this charming property blends character, comfort, and stunning views. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy king size bedroom with Smart TV and a stylish en-suite shower room. A utility cupboard houses a washing machine for added convenience during your stay. Upstairs, the light-filled open-plan living space boasts far-reaching views of the surrounding countryside. The lounge invites relaxation with its comfortable seating and a log-burning stove—ideal for cosy evenings in. The well-equipped kitchen features an electric oven, induction hob, and fridge, while the dining area offers a lovely spot for intimate meals. A door leads from the living area to a small outdoor seating space, with steps down to a private grassed area to the left of the property—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink while taking in the peaceful rural surroundings.
The peaceful village of Boughrood offers a true countryside escape yet lies within easy reach of the best Mid Wales has to offer. Sitting on the banks of the River Wye, it’s perfect for riverside walks, wild swimming, and kayaking. Local outfitters in nearby Glasbury and Hay-on-Wye offer canoe and paddleboard hire for relaxed days out on the water.
