This welcoming, detached lodge, set within an exclusive gated development, boasts a light and airy open-plan living space. On arrival, check out the sleek kitchen which features a central island and an adjacent dining area to sit with your morning coffee or evening meals. Quality appliances include a wine fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine. Stretch out in the light-filled lounge area, where an L-shaped sofa and two armchairs are arranged around a Smart TV, and patio doors frame the views beyond. When it’s time to sleep, the lodge has two blissful bedrooms decorated in calming tones, each with an en-suite shower room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom features twin zip-and-link beds for uber-flexibility (can be made up as a super-king-size bed on request at time of booking). Double glazing, central heating and excellent insulation ensure your comfort in all weathers; on warmer days you can open the patio doors onto a private veranda with garden furniture and a backdrop of glorious greenery. Famed for its boutique shops and fine food scene, Burnham Market is a fabulous choice for a luxury break. There’s parking for two cars at your holiday home so you can explore the area at a leisurely pace – quaint flint cottages, galleries, independent boutiques and fresh produce stores line its elegant Georgian streets. A short drive through the beautiful countryside will take you to the vast beaches at Burnham Overy Staithe (2 miles) and Holkham (3.5 miles). Head to the beach and bustling quayside of Wells-next-the-Sea (6 miles) for some old-fashioned family fun.
