Sean Boher Walking trail for scenic views of Lough Corrib. Climb Mount gable to see deep into Connemara mountains, aran islands and Clare coastline.

Traditional Irish Bungalow. 3 Doubles and 1 Twin bedrooms. With fitted kitchen, family dining, 2x TV rooms, 2x shower rooms. A workspace and outdoor BBQ/wellness area and private sun terrace.

Comfortable Family Living room with book shelves, open fire log-fire, TV/Streaming, WiFi. Pasture and Mountain Views.

Fully equipped kitchen (electric hob & oven, kettle, toaster, cookware, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher). Views is wellness area, sun terrrace and pastures.

Dining room with Table and chairs for up to 6-8people. Traditional Irish dresser with plates, cups, glasses, cutlery etc. Log-firebox keeps the house nice and cosy in winter/colder days.

Note: Outdoor Weber BBQ for al fresco dining.

Downstairs shower/wet room is wheelchair accessible (no steps) with accessible height toilet for elderly/wheelchair users. Note: a portable wheelchair ramp for front door and step-free access is available inside the property.

Upstairs loft includes twin bedroom and TV area (perfect for teens or kids) and shower room. This acts as a second family living space. Upstairs twin bedroom is also bright and comfortable.

Additional spare room on ground level acts as an office/workspace with piano.

Hanging wardrobes and chests of drawers are provided for guest use.

Includes bed linens and towels.

Triple glazed windows in property allows for maximum energy efficiency. Electric heating and hot water immersion services the property.

Zappi Type 2 EV charger (untethered) is available on site. You need to provide your own EV charging cable.

All household power is supplied by ESB network and Green electricity supplier for heating, hot water and EV charger.

Private gated driveway with open front garden (no fence). All guests remain fully responsible for the safety of themselves and others in their party.

Plus a large rear paved sun terrace (all one level) with wood fired sauna (who said Ireland was cold?) and wood fired hot tub (views to die for). A Starter kit (basket of wood and kindling provided). Please provide your own additional dry kiln wood (centra sells locally for 5-8 euro a bag).

Only 2-5 mins walk into Clonbur village for grocery shops, traditional Irish pubs, restaurants, doctors clinic, church, tourist information centre and local bus stop (LEAP card to be purchased from centra and travel credit an be added in shop).
