Recently renovated loft, very bright and welcoming, arranged on two levels. On the first floor are the living area, a double bedroom and the bathroom; on the upper floor there is a single bed, perfect for an extra guest or to carve out a quiet space.

The house is located right in front of the Squero di San Trovaso, in an authentic and pleasant area to live, with many venues, bars and small art galleries. A few minutes' walk from Ponte dell'Accademia, it is an ideal base for moving around and discovering Venice with ease, while staying in a lively but not chaotic context.
