There is a wall mounted Smart TV, DAB radio with Bluetooth facility and full wi-fi access. Patio doors look out over a small lawned area and communal open gardens around Elm Court. There is a patio table and chairs for guests use. The grounds are often visited by the local ducks and pheasants from the nearby river bank.
