This single-storey cottage has a king-size bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom with electric beds, along with a shower room. There's also an open-plan living space with dining seating for four guests, an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. For your entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi, and WiFi mirror speaker in the shower room! Outside, you will find pff-road parking dor two cars and a patio with furniture a hot tub and a bar. Within 1.1 miles there is a pub, and within 1.8 miles, a shop. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent and pets and smoking are not allowed. Note: The property is very close to Horsley Golf Course, Morley Hayes Golf Course and Breadsall Priory Golf Course. Please note that the property is on a working farm. Churn Dash Cottage is a fabulous choice for a lovely holiday. Please note: For Health and Safety reasons, the owner may contact you to advise that the hot tub is not available on your last evening (after 6pm); This so that it can be emptied, cleaned and refilled for the next guests.

Horsley Woodhouse is a small village between Kilburn and Stanley Common, near Derby and the Peak District National Park. The village's annual carnival in July includes a float parade with prizes for the best float.
