The Space:

At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area leading into a relaxing seating space with stunning views across the countryside and towards the coast. Guests can also enjoy an additional sitting room and cosy snug areas, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Northumberland.



Sleeping up to 6 guests, the property offers 3 comfortable and thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, all made up with fresh linen and designed to provide a calm, relaxing environment. Each bedroom benefits from ample storage space, making it ideal for both short breaks and longer stays. Two fully equipped modern bathrooms add extra comfort and convenience for families or groups.



Recently redecorated throughout, The Homestead provides a clean, stylish and welcoming escape for families, couples, or friends seeking comfort in a rural setting.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the all of The Homestead.

Please note that as it is a semi-detached property, guests must be considerate of neighbours and not walk the whole way around the house (there are 'Private' signs in place as guidelines).

The keys to The Homestead are accessed via a secure key safe, and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

There is a gated entry to the drive, comprising of ample car parking space. We would advise it best to keep gates closed because of occasional cattle movement.

Please note that pets are not permitted at this property.

For guests travelling by rail, Berwick-upon-Tweed station provides direct connections to major cities including London, Edinburgh, and Newcastle.
