Spacious open-plan ground floor; kitchen, dining & sitting room, utiiity and WC. Fantastic river views with bifold doors opening onto charming outdoor dining area and riverbank gardens. Parking 3+ cars.

Ideal for walking; Leeds & Liverpool canal most scenic sections, the Pennine Way’gentle walks to Malham. Settle, the Yorkshire 3-peaks and Ribblehead viaduct are easily reached including by train from Gargrave. Skipton, Ilkley and the gentle Dalesway walk to Bolton Abbey, Burnsall & Grassington all easily reached by car.
Trains to Skipton, Leeds, Carlisle, Lancaster.

The village has 3 Pubs, an excellent Fish & Chip shop, good Indian restaurant as well as a Co-op & Train station.
