This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house is located in much sought after Island View Beach Association. First floor has fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom with queen size bed and full bath with shower. Second floor has a beautiful sunporch with water views, master bedroom with queen size bed, an additional bedroom with two twin beds and full bathroom with tub/shower and washer and dryer. Enjoy one of the sandiest beaches around, Shower off in an enclosed outside shower then enjoy dinner outside under the canopy on the deck. A short walk to Lenny & Joe's and Dairy Queen.
*Note There is a $500 security deposit required and a 2 Week minimum stay.

Our family has owned our own home in the same beach association for the past 24 years. We purchased this lovely home in 2005 and have continuously made improvements to the property, renting it academically during the winter months and during the summer for two-week minimum bookings.
Why they chose this property
This house is located in IVBA which has the sandiest beach in all of Westbrook, overlooking Duck Island and a wonderful sandbar at low tide. We have had many wonderful families rent from us over the years who have repeatedly returned for the same time each summer.
What makes this property unique
The house is a short walk to the private beach. Short walk to Dairy Queen and Lenny and Joe's. Spacious outdoor deck with canopy to enjoy meals outside with a water view.
