The main living area has an open floorplan giving the entire space a grand feel. The living area is decorated with comfortable furnishings with its focal point being a large flat-screen TV. The entire south wall of the living area is composed of floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that open directly onto the beachfront balcony. Sitting just beside the living area, the dining area offers seating for eight at the table with an additional four seats available at the over-sized breakfast bar. The large gourmet kitchen features all stainless-steel Viking appliances and comes fully equipped with the cookware and dishware you need to create memorable meals as a family.

The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private beachfront balcony. The master bathroom holds a large garden tub, walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, a large walk-in closet, and plenty of vanity space.

The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, large flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and private access to a full bathroom with a combination tub/shower. This guest bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.
