2 bedroom, 1 Bathroom, pull out sleep sofa in living room, large private dock and float shared with owners of property, gas grill on large deck overlooking dock and water, handicap friendly shower, sleeps 6, full kitchen, coffee maker, blender, toaster etc. bed linens and towels provided. Free moorings in very sheltered harbor. The house is actually only a few feet from the water and NOT where the ''pin"" on the vrbo map shows it but nobody at vrbo could'
correct anything so after 12 attempts I gave up lol

Charming cottage with a great location on the water. Nice owners, lots of touches that make the place special. Very clean, cutely decorated, loved the ocean front location for the quiet, bird watching, kayaking.

The home is very rustic but there are enough household items that one would need while on vacation. Great bird watching and our host was very attentive. Our flight arrived very late and no stores were open but we arrived to a home with fresh baked muffins, which saved us.

This was our second time visiting the cove. Martin is a wonderful host and was quick to answer any questions we had. The place is quiet and peaceful and we saw many ducks and a couple of herons along with a couple of white birds that I think were maybe egrets.Martin's wife always has delicious homemade blueberry muffins waiting at the cabin for when you arrive. I highly recommend this cabin if you want to have a peaceful quiet get away. We hope to visit again sometime in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Martin’s home. It is the quintessential, cozy Maine cottage nestled into a sleepy cove with incredible views and water access. The home is equipped with everything one would need and came with homemade muffins and a welcome basket! We highly recommend and hope to return!

Charming Maine Cottage on the Water

My kids and I had a wonderful time renting this property from Martin and Becky. Was an adorable place and perfect for us. The property is well located and had everything we needed. The owners were incredibly nice and we are so grateful to have met them.

Perfect spot for us

This place reminded me of my youth because the age of the house and the decor was complementary to my period. My son and I do this trip every year and we are so happy we found this place. The owners are perfect hosts and like-minded people that I enjoyed so much.

Wonderful quiet location with access to row boat to paddle around clam Little River. The host and hostess very accommodating. Even had freshly baked muffins waiting upon arrival! Would definitely book again.

Lovely waterfront Maine cottage

We are returning guests!! Such a lovely place and wonderful, friendly owners. Set on a quiet cove with direct water access, my kids loved being out on the water every day with the kayaks provided. Perfect Maine experience.

My sister and I loved the cozy cottage in the cove--and I even kayaked down the Little River to the ocean. The cabin was well-outfitted with everything we needed, and the gift basket and Becky's home-made muffins added an extra special warm touch. After always having stayed in busy Boothbay Harbor before trips out to Monhegan island, I loved the peacefulness of this place. We also took wonderful walks and visited the A Coastal Maine Botanical Garden.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The view was beautiful with ducks and geese swimming in the cove. We also saw a crane, an eagle, and one night we saw 3 deer. The owners were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. There were homemade blueberry muffins when we arrived which were delicious! We are hoping to return in the spring.

Booth Bay Harbor.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owners were fantastic and very welcoming. The property had everything you could need. The grill was ready for use, fire wood was avaliable. The inside was fully stocked as well. The town was incredible. We would definitely recommend this place and if we ever make it back to Booth Bay we will stay at this location again.
