Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Super Kommunikation! Das schöne Stadthaus ist sehr gemütlich, es fehlt an eigentlich nichts. Es war sehr sauber und einladend. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt gleich in Stadtkern Nähe. Kommen gern wieder!

Die Lage des Hause ist absolut zentral. In 3 Minuten ist man auf dem Markt und kann die Stadt genießen. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alt und Neu sind gut kombiniert. Das Obergeschoss ist sehr hell und sonnig, im Herbst eine tolle Geschichte. Es Die Küche ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Küchenrolle, Tücher und eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen waren vorhanden. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über die Getränke im Kühlschrank. Die Kommunikation mit Radka war Dank dem Translater unproblematisch. Was man wissen muss, das Haus befindet sich an einer doch recht häufig befahrenen Straße. Das Schlafzimmerfenster ist das Originalfenster und damit ist es sehr laut. Auch im Erdgeschoss ist die Straße deutlich im Schlafbereich deutlich zu hören und durch die verglaste Eingangstür ist es sehr hell. Durch eine zweite Tür, wie auf Mallorca üblich, ließe sich hier Abhilfe schaffen. Der Schlafbereich im EG ist völlig offen, mit Kindern kein Problem, für zwei Paare ehr nicht geeignet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Allerdings würden wir das Haus wegen des Straßenlärms nicht nochmal mieten.

Ein typisches Stadthaus, super gelegen! Tolle Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken gefüllt und Obst stand bereit. Das Haus war blitzblank… Großes Lob dafür !!! An- und Abreise ganz unkompliziert…wir waren seeehr gerne Gäste dort !

Uns hat vor allem die perfekte Lage und die gute Kommunikation sehr gefallen. Genau so hatte ich mir das vorgestellt: Abends nach dem Strand umziehen und zu Fuß zu Restaurants schlendern. Und in 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto an der nächsten Bucht. Ein toller Urlaub und durchgehend super Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin. Im Haus war es im Mai etwas feucht, weshalb es einen Luftentfeuchter gab. Lüften half aber auch. Man hört tatsächlich die Autos vorbeifahren, aber wir haben uns daran gewöhnt. Im hübschen Innenhof haben wir uns auch gerne aufgehalten. Über das bereitgestellte frische Obst und die Drinks im Kühlschrank haben wir uns die ganze Woche gefreut. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

Sehr zentrale Lage, hervorragende Ausstattung inkl.liebevoller Details, von uns empfohlen für 2 Personen weil 1 SZ Straßenlage und laut. Schöner ruhiger Patio, windgeschützt mit genügend Sonnenstunden. Wir würden wieder buchen für eine Woche.

Schönes Stadthaus in super Zentraler Lage

Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Wochen in dem Stadthaus. Schon der Anreisetag war klasse, Samstag mittag 12 Uhr, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und 10 meter weiter beginnt der Markt, herrlich!! Die Bar von Uwe Ochsenknecht ist keine 3 min Fußweg entfernt es gibt Live Musik Mittwochs und Samstags, wenn man Glück hat singt auch Uwe live! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!!!!!

Zentral gelegen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus

Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 2-4 Personen. Das sich das zweite Bett allerdings im EG nicht in einem geschlossenen Raum befindet, sollte man sich wirklich gut kennen oder z.B. die Kinder hier schlafen lassen. Der Hinterhof/Patio ist zum Sonnen, grillen und chillen geeignet. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet was die elektrischen Geräte angeht: Spühl- und Waschmaschine, Klima, Heizung im Schlafzimmer, eHerd, Microwelle, Mixer, Sandwitchmaker, etc. Ich habe das Haus zum Homeoffice gemacht, was bestens funktionierte. Das Internet ist super gut und der Vermieter was sehr hilfsbereit was Schreibtisch, extra Bildschirm und einen Bürosessel anging!
