Great Vacation

Our large multi-generational family of 13 enjoyed the lovely home, pool, outdoor space, amenities and the great beach. We had no issues whatsoever and had a great vacation.

Fun trip!

Other than some of the toilets being hard to flush and a few of the sink drains breaking, everything was amazing! We had an amazing time and we’re OBSESSED with the house!

Perfect place for our big family!!

This was an amazing property for four families. Very close to the beach located in a great area with very little traffic. This place made us feel like locals. Lots of great restaurants and shops you can get to on the golf cart provided. The kids enjoyed the bikes provided. We enjoyed grilling by the pool and hanging out in the outdoor area. The home was amazing we will definitely be back to this place!!

The Zodiac Ladies, a group of 12 ladies, really enjoyed our stay this weekend in this gorgeous home! The home was spacious and comfortable for everyone. The kitchen was equipped with all the tools we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner. Shopping and fun activities was a close drive away. We also enjoyed the golf cart and the pool area! We will definitely choose this home again!

Fabulous spring break trip!

We had a perfect vacation and this house was the main focus. We had 3 couples in their 60's and 70's, a family with 2 young children, and a young couple. The house is perfect for large groups because every room has their own bathroom and space but the common areas are great for lounging and hanging together. We spent hours in the pool and meals at the large table every day. The house was impeccably clean and well stocked for everything you would need. We can't wait to return!

Perfect upscale home

House was clean, comfy, upscale yet homey, top floor views awesome, plenty of space for 10 people, bikes and golfcart we in great shape and quality. What could improve would be a cleaner pool area, a leaf blower would save your pool by clearing debris that gets in pool. And a new umprlla to shade some pool water area. Overall it was a great trip.

Great house and close to beach

Beautiful home and great for families. Overall great week! Ease of beach is great, golf cart was great. We did have a completely empty gas tank on the golf cart. Cleanliness was lacking. For example, Fans, lamps, and some surfaces dusty. There were hairs in the bathroom.

Family vacation

This house was amazing! It was perfect for our family of 14. We did encounter a few issues that might need to be addressed for future rentals. The pool was a bit cloudy when we arrived. The pool maintenance crew came on Tuesday and it was much better on Wednesday. However five of our group contracted a bacterial middle ear infection, possibly due to condition of pool. Also the oven did not work properly. A code continued to come up during baking that prohibited us from cooking our meal.

Disappointing…

It is disappointing and unfortunate. we could not use golf cart and bicycles advertised and included in the price. we tried calling Management and were on the phone with them over an hour, no one could help us. They finally decided to proceed on filling in a work order, which was not fulfilled. we also mentioned about the heated pool, not heating when we paid for it to be heated. Wi-Fi service is very poor, This is very disappointing.. most definitely will not recommend this house, and will not rent this again again.

Great House and Location

The house and pool design were very good Good location with short distance to the beach. The kitchen was well laid out with hi quality appliances. Well equipped and plenty of great views. Having the 6 passenger golf cart was also an awesome amenity. Unfortunately there were some maintenance issues that could have been addressed before our arrival 1. Pool area was not clean. There was food , (French fries) toothpicks other debris around the pool and fire pit 2. Oven was immaculate but stopped working intermittently with an error code. Had to reset at breaker box daily. 3. Front door and door to first floor patio mechanism very difficult to operate. Needs replaced or repaired 3. As mentioned in several previous reviews living room furniture was stained , worn , smelled and should be replaced 4. There were ants on the kitchen counter that had to be treated while we were trying to have dinner 5 Garage was also dirty , overcrowded with rusty paint cans and other debris 6. We thought someone might stop to vacuum the pool during the week 7. When problems were discovered you had to email to get answers or resolution. Would sure be nice to be able to speak to someone on the phone

Great beach house!

We enjoyed the pool, bikes and golf cart! The overall layout of house is great. And an ideal location just a couple short blocks to the beach! Furniture in family room is pretty used. That would be my one complaint.

The property was clean and worked out very well for our family. Two blocks from the beach, situated very well. Ask to have the pool heated before we arrived and was running and the kids loved the pool. We are planning to go back next year.

Careful about the cleanliness

The neighborhood was nice. The house was filthy. We found mold in the laundry machine and dust covering the vents. There was blood on the cabinets. The pool was not serviced. I immediately called the rental company and they waited 2 days to send someone out to clean up the blood. I was told someone would come to clean the pool. We only had a guy come to fix the skimmer. He told me someone would be coming to clean the pool. No one ever did. The lady who came to clean up the blood came unannounced at 430 in the afternoon while the house was getting ready for dinner. After multiple messages to the rental property they finally called back- but called my mothers cell phone who was not staying with us. I’m still not sure how exactly they got her number. Needless to say, nothing was resolved. We chose this property based on their concierge service. That was a mistake. Do not expect much from them and all of their services are outrageously priced. I have sent multiple messages to 360 blue and no one ever got back to me to help resolve these issues. I hate to write a negative review like this but I did give them plenty of opportunities to make this right.

Our family of five and my parents stayed at this gorgeous property for a week. We have three young children (7, 6, 5) who absolutely adored the bunk room. The home is stunning – even more beautiful than we expected from the photos. The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked with tools needed to make food, and the outdoor living areas were dreamy. Our children spent hours and hours in the heated pool while the adults comfortably sat and watched the fun. The golf cart made beach trips quick and easy!Our family travels many times a year and this is by far the most comfortable and lovely place we have stayed. Thank you for providing such a lovely and beautiful place for us to stay on our vacation. We are already planning a return trip.

The house was perfect! We go to the Destin area at least once or twice a year and this is one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. The pictures don’t do the house justice. Quick walk and golf cart ride to the beach. Beautiful! We reported a couple of minor issues we had the first night we arrived. The very next morning Stevie from the management responded. Within a couple hours someone came out. 360 Blue 👍🏽

Awesome house, nice time

Overall our stay was very good; however, there were some issues. We spent over an hour trying to get into the home because the codes weren't working. The day before we left, the codes were deactivated on Friday evening instead of Saturday morning. We also had roach issues, especially on the 3rd floor. We had 360 come out to treat for the roaches. The AC went out one evening and couldn't be fixed until the following day. In spite of these issues, we would stay there again. The pool area was great and the golf cart was a definite plus. Made getting the kids and beach paraphernalia down to the beach a breeze.
