Beautiful new villa (2013) on enclosed landscaped garden of 450m2 in the privileged area of Kerfriant, close to the beach of Porscaven. South exposure. Port of Lesconil and Loctudy about 3km.

Excellent comfortable, current and very clear rental. The Plus: 2 kayaks available, under the sole responsibility of holidaymakers

Gemütliches Haus in Strandnähe

Wir haben die zwei Wochen im Sommer hier sehr genossen! Ausreichend Platz, der (schöne!) Strand in 3 min zu Fuss erreichbar, sehr bequeme Liegestühle im gut gepflegten Garten, eine unkomplizierte und unaufdringliche Betreuung, die da ist, wenn man sie benötigt - alles in allem eine Runde Sache!

Alles ordentlich in Ordnung

Wir hatten 3 schöne Wochen in diesem Haus . Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und freundlich . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Supermarkt und Bäckerei ) sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Dafür liefen wir nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand , war sehr komfortabel ist. Für mich persönlich gibt es leider in allen Schlafzimmern viel zu harte Matratzen. Die angekündigten Stromkosten 20 b.z.w.25 Cent ( Nacht / Tag-Tarif ) sind in Ordnung.

Super entspannter Urlaub in perfektem Haus

Allein schon die Lage ca. 100m vom Meer entfernt war ein Traum. Das Haus mit dem kleinen Garten stand dem aber in nichts nach. Es war alles da was man braucht, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Alles sehr sauber. Das I- Tüpfelchen sind die beiden Kajaks. In der Nähe tolle Ausflugsziele und traumhafte Strände. Das einzig befremdliche war für uns, dass man kaum spontan in einem Restaurant essen gehen konnte, immer nur mit Reservierung, selbst in einer Crêperie. Die Agentur ist für alle Fragen da. Check-in und Check-Out ohne Probleme. Auf unseren Wunsch zur Abreise einenTag früher ging man sofort ein. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub, wir wollen unbedingt noch einmal unseren Urlaub in der Gegend aber auch in diesem Haus verbringen.

Villa et emplacement parfait

Merci pour ces belles semaines. Un accès à la plage direct, une villa tout à fait bien aménagée, bref un séjour au top avec le temps parfait pour notre belle Bretagne.

location très agréable ; bien entretenue, moderne et confortable à deux pas de la mer; oui je recommanderai cette location quelques restaurants à proximité ont été les bienvenus
