A great property for a quiet holiday

A great property with the beach just a few meters away and all of the Chia beaches 10 to 15 mins in the car. The house was lovely and well equipped with all the utensils for cooking and a washing machine. It was lovely to be able to use both the patio upstairs and an area of the garden as it was very hot at lunchtime. Some shops and restaurants can be found nearby. The host was all communications very quickly and was really helpful. Thank you Rossana for a lovely family stay!

fine agosto nonni con nipoti

La casa è comoda, vicinissima al mare, con un ampio giardino. Essendo inserita in un complesso di ville con accesso privato l'accesso al mare è limitato ai residenti, quindi la spiaggia è sempre non affollata. Lunga spiaggia sabbiosa, con acqua poco profonda per molti metri, ideale per bambini.

June family holiday

We found the property very comfortable for a family of 5. It is quite, safe, convenient and positioned in an idyllic location. We particularly enjoyed the balcony which including facilities for out door dining and included a BBQ for cooking. The location adjacent to the beach was ideal with a short drive to Pula or a range of amazing beaches. The apartment had all facilities required for a family - beds were comfortable with fans provided - the only point I would make was there was no access to wifi although this was clearly stated from the outset. Rosanna was extremely facilitating and a great host ensuring we had the best possible experience and would deffinetly recommend this property and would return to this Villa without question

ottima posizione

Struttura ottima a meno di 100 m dal mare, la signora Rossana perfetta padrona di casa ci ha accolto con premura e gentilezza , in tutte le fasi della trattativa,, la casa é divisa in tre appartamenti, lo spazio abitativo in questione é il primo piano con il giardinetto adiacente le scale . Con tre comode camere da letto,bagno un pò piccolo e cucina con sala da pranzo, che su affaccia sul bel terrazzo fronte mare... Pulito e con tutto il necessario che occorre ..... La spiaggia é lunga e vicinissima , sempre ventosa, di un vento piacevole, peccato che sia soggetta a mereggiate che portano posidonia Ma questo é tipico di molte spiagge anche della Corsica... La proprietà fa parte di una comunione cioè di un quartiere privato, quindi é come se la spiaggia sia privata ...purtroppo la tv nonostante i tentativi non ha mai funzionato bene Ma dipende dalla zona e dalle basse connessioni.. Poi é vero che la tv non È sempre indispensabile .... Un Grazie a Rossana per la gentilezza dimostrata a giugno.... Un abbraccio da tutti noi... Daniela

Die Wohnung ist in einer wunderbaren Lage, der nahe Strand ist sehr schön. Wer Ruhe haben möchte ist um diese Jahreszeit dort gut aufgehoben, denn die meisten umliegenden Häuser werden bestenfalls am Wochenende noch genutzt. Auch wir waren allein im Haus. Soweit, so gut! Die Wohnung selbst wäre für deutsche Maßstäbe bestenfalls zwei Sterne wert. Die Küchenmöbel wurden teilweise nur noch mit Klebstoff oder Klebestreifen zusammengehalten, kein Toaster, kein Wasserkocher. Mehrere Türen, darunter die Badezimmertür, ließen sich nur mit Gewalt schließen, die wollte man natürlich auch nicht anwenden, also offenlassen. Im Badezimmer bei einer Belegung mit 8 Personen ein Unding. Es gab nur ein WC und zwar im Badezimmer. Wir waren zu zweit, naja da schloss man die Tür halt nicht um den Partner morgens nicht aufzuwecken, aber bei einer vollen Belegung mit 8 Personen? Es gab zwei Sonnenschirme für den strand, schade die waren schon umbrauchbar, bevor wir sie benutzen konnten. Zusammenfassung: Schade um die schöne Wohnung, bei besserer Pflege wäre sie schon einen Urlaub wert.

Ein älteres Ehepaar sehr nett mit großen Schwierigkeiten in der Kommunikation. wir entschuldigen uns, wenn wir hier in Italien nicht Ihrem deutschen Standard entsprechen, ein kleinerer Fehler wird toleriert. die Schirme bei viel Wind müssen geschlossen sein, die vorhandenen sind in gutem Zustand.  Ich fand sie komplett zerstört! Die Badezimmertür zeigt manchmal den Fehler, herunterzugehen, es war genug, um es zu sagen, und ich wäre gekommen, um sofort eine weitere Kerbe im Scharnier zu beheben. Mit einem Teller geliefert, verwenden wir in Italien nicht den Wasserkocher, einen speziellen Topf zum Kochen, der Bollilette genannt wird.  sin. herzlich.

Bella vacanza

La casa è molto vicina al mare ed a 10 minuti di macchina dalle spiagge di Chia. Abbiano soggiornato in 6. Ottima pulizia, camere spaziose con 8 posti letto (forse l'ottavo risultetebbe un po' scomodo in quanto in un letto a castello di legno un po' datato). Le tre camere erano tutte dotate di ventilatori. Fantastico terrazzo con vista mare dove abbiamo usato il barbecue quasi tutte le sere. Frigorifero e frizer di dimensioni ampie. Comoda la doccia in giardino al rientro della spiaggia. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema e la sig.ra Rossana si è dimostrata molto disponibile.

Merita 5 stelle per la location, la spiaggia e la posizione della casa.

Nota dolente della casa sono le porte che a mala pena si chiudono e le zanzariere fatiscenti dalle quali entrano molte zanzare. La casa dall'esterno è molto bella e il giardino molto curato. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Spiaggia da sogno, adatta ai bimbi.

Schön gelegene Ferienwohnung.

Diese Ferienwohnung liegt nur 150m vom Strand entfernt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt, z. B. Waschmaschine, Grill, Sonnenschirme (auch für den Strand). Es ist eine schöne große Sonnenterrasse mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist etwas älter. Die Betten sind härter, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Wir haben dort eine schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Danke Rossana.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

Zuerst einmal, wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und eine schöne Zeit in "unserem Schlösschen" wie unsere Tochter das Haus nannte gehabt, was aber nicht gleich so war... Es war alles sehr sauber, daran lag es nicht , aber am Anfang waren wir doch etwas enttäuscht von den etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Möbeln, Stühle sind nicht wirklich bequem, bei den Betten hatten wir Angst das sie auseinanderfallen ( haben aber doch gut gehalten und waren bequem ) Die Küche - der Kühlschrank , wirklich sauber aber von außen an einigen Stellen rostig, und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen auch der Meerblick ist vorhanden aber wirklich nur das was auf den Fotos zu sehen ist (hatten beim letzten mal auf Sardinien ein Haus in der ersten Reihe , von daher sind wir etwas verwöhnt) aber man gewöhnt sich dran und dann ist es schön, wenn man morgens das Meer rauschen hört und ein bisschen davon erblicken kann , der kurze Weg zum Strand ist toll, wir waren im Oktober da und der Strand war leer!! morgens ein Strandspaziergang und dann zum Frühstücken auf dem Balkon sitzen ... Prima... in der Nähe gibt es 2 StrandTerassen / Imbisse hier haben wir jeweils einmal gegessen und fanden es ok .Was uns gefehlt hat war: ein Toaster(damit man die Tramezzini mal backen kann da wir außerhalb der Saison waren hatte kein Mini Market in der Nähe auf und 15 min nach Pula fahren zum Brötchen holen ist dann doch ein bisschen weit), ein Kneipchen kl scharfes Messer( aber vielleicht verschwinden die ja auch gerne), Deutsches Fernsehen , aber auch das haben wir mit Karten spielen gelöst , man muss bei manchen Sachen ein wenig improvisieren , aber alles in allem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt , die Lage ist gut , das Haus sauber , die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, wir können es weiter empfehlen für Leute die keinen Schnick Schnack brauchen und nah am Meer in Landschaftlich schöner Umgebung sein möchten -- die Strände , der eigene hatte an einigen Stellen ne Menge Seegrass und war im Frühjahr wohl durch einen " Wirbelsturm" etwas in Mitleidenschaft gezogen worden, die Strände in der näheren Umgebung von Pula bis Chia sind toll und unbedingt einen besuch wert !!

Quiet location only yards from a lovely sandy beach

Spacious and well equipped with a lovely balcony for alfresco dining. Great location for access to Pula and Chia. The apartment perfectly suits a family holiday. Rosanna was welcoming, punctual and everything went very smoothly.

Great villa! Nice quiet place!

Soggiorno piacevole a Santa Margherita di Pula

Santa Margherita di Pula: casa veramente comoda, con 3 camere da letto vere, vicinissima al mare e spiaggia riservata. I due bbq disponibili, uno in terrazza, l'altro in giardino, permettono di trascorrere serate piacevoli. La padrona di casa, Rossana, è molto gentile e ottimo Cicerone.

Sardinia, beach and sun

Rossana's house is perfect for a family of 6 people. It's realy close to a wonderful beach (2 minutes walk...) that isn't crowded like some northen beaches. It's a very quite place within a very green area full of trees. The house has a very nice balcony with a barbecue facing the sea! We will definitly come back... :-)

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben zu zweit eine schöne erholsame Woche verbracht. Der 1. Stock gehörte uns alleine, das Haus ist nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt, von der Terasse hat man einen schönen Meerblick. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend, an Geschirr ist alles vorhanden. Die Betreuung durch unsere Vermieterin Rossana war perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder im nächsten Jahr! Andrea

Bellissima vacanza

We spent a wonderful week in Rossana's house which was a perfect place to stay. It was clean and comfortable and full of character. Très bel emplacement

Un très bel emplacement, pour cet appartement au 1er étage d'une maison familiale. A 2 minutes à peine de la mer à pied, avec accès à une plage aux eaux turquoises, immense plage quasiment privatisée car desservie uniquement par le lotissement fermé. Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos. Très bon séjour et un merci particulier à Rossana pour son accueil.

Très bel emplacement !

Au 1er étage d'une maison familiale, le logement est tel que décrit dans l'annonce. Le quartier est très calme. L'accès à la mer est quasiment privatif et dessert une belle plage aux eaux turquoises. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille dans ce logement. Merci à Rossana pour son accueil.

siamo tornati per la seconda volta

per la prima volta torniamo per due anni di seguito nello stesso posto, il mare a due passi da casa ci è rimasto nel cuore tutto l'anno. la casa e spaziosa e comodo con il barbecue e un bellissimo terrazzo sul mare per mangiare. la doccia esterna è comodissima, meglio di quella interna. La cucina è ben attrezzata , si cucina comodamente per 8 persone. La consiglio.

Jederzeit wieder! Ein wahrer Traum!

Was für ein wundervoller Urlaub! Nicht nur dass die Vermieterin ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit war...dieses Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Das gesamte Obergeschoss stand uns zur Verfügung, das Haus hat alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt, von Waschmaschine bis zu Sonnenschirmen, vom Grill bis zur voll ausgestatteten Küche...und es war sehr, sehr sauber!!! Absolut faszinierend waren die wenigen Schritte zum kilometerlangen, super sauberen, nicht überfüllten Strand und dem kristallklaren Wasser. In der Nähe befanden sich kleine gemütliche Strandbuden zum Essen, Trinken und Chillen. Außerhalb der abgeschlossenen Wohnsiedlung gab es einen Einkaufsladen und ein Restaurant, also alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. great appartment, great beach

Appartment expands over whole first floor of the villa with three bed rooms, a well equipped kitchen, and sensational antique furniture. Very clean. Balcony is huge and always a sunny place till sunset. Beach is very near, beautiful and quiet (at least end of May)
