Great house for multiple families

Beautiful, modern, clean house. Perfect layout for our two families with teenage boys. They loved having the basement with t.v. room to themselves. Plenty of room for all nine of us to eat together in the modern, fully stocked kitchen. We also loved that we were provided with hand soap, laundry soap, dish soap and toilet paper for the week.

The house was beautiful and it had a great layout for my family of 8. We spent the Thanksgiving holiday there and the large kitchen accommodated most of our needs allowing us to cook up some delicious memories. The only down side to this property is the location. Although it was close in proximity to everything we wanted to do (Manitou Springs), the neighborhood was a distraction from the mountain views.

Fantastic Family Getaway

We were so impressed with this beautiful house during our recent stay in Colorado Springs for a full week with our 3 adult children and two significant others. The house is so clean, very well designed and all of the furniture and decor were gorgeous and comfortable. Because of Covid we cooked our own meals every day, and the very large kitchen is so well stocked we had everything we needed and more. The beds were incredible, more comfortable than our own, and the linens and towels were very high quality. It's a great testament to how well prepared this home is for your stay when the only suggestion we could come up with is to provide a much larger kitchen trashcan. The private back yard with the view of Pikes Peak is delightful and we spent every morning and evening out there. The owner provided 4 outdoor chairs and we brought some of our own, and enjoyed some very memorable family time sitting in a circle talking and laughing. The location was, as promised, perfect for day trips and we had many. No matter which direction you head out, the scenery is breathtaking and we highly recommend renting UTVs in the Pikes Peak National Forest, which have gps so no guide needed. Walking around Manitou Springs is also highly recommended and we fell in love with that quaint little town. Thank you Paul for the fabulous week and the lifelong memories we made in your beautiful home!

We stayed here for a week. The kids had entertainment downstairs with the tv room and games available. The location was close to everything. There is so much to do on Colorado Springs we needed an extra week! The only issue we had was the air in the house. I am not sure if the house had ac but it was a hot week and during mid day it got up to 82 in the house. The temp was set to 70 on the thermostat but it only got down to 72 in the morning because we had the windows open. That’s my only complaint, besides that the house was super clean and the house was decorated beautifully. We would stay here again!

Thanksgiving winner!

We rented this property for a family Thanksgiving and visit with our 93 year old mom. The house was clean and decorated beautifully. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and space to come together as a family. The kitchen accommodated our chefs nicely. Overall great location and stay!

Quick family trip

Traveled to the springs to celebrate my daughters birthday, who is a student at UCCS and my father-in-laws 80th birthday. House was great for our little reunion. So much better then staying in 3 hotel rooms! Location was fantastic for everything we did during our stay. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Paul’s house was just as described and there was plenty of space for my crew that came out with me. Very clean house with plenty of amenities.The house was easy to get to and centrally located to everything Colorado Springs has to offer. I will definitely be coming back in the near future.

Fabulous family vacation !

We brought all of our kids out including grandkids and had a fabulous time! The property was perfect and gave everybody a little bit of space but the common space was awesome. The kitchen was nice and big which allowed many of us to be in there cooking together. The location couldn’t have been any more perfect. Within a stones throw to Manitu springs, pikes Peak, the zoo, cave of the wins and so much more !!

At 53 years old, I consider myself a native of Colorado. Married 33 years to the love of my life; we have 4 boys and two grand babies. I've been in Colorado my whole life and love, love, love the mountains and where we live. In our minds there is no better place on earth to live than Colorado Springs! It has been an amazing place to raise our boys and for them to stay here and raise their families also is a confirmation.

I am a Custom Home Builder and have been for 30 years. We are a design/build builder. That means everything we build, we build and design from scratch. We find out how the new owner lives, works, and moves around their house and we make it happen. We love what we do.

Why they chose this property

I have been a custom home builder my whole life and wanted a great place for people to fall in love with Colorado. We found this area in 2009. We toured it and fell in love. I proceeded to buy this lot and build a duplex that was close to all the amenities of west side and Pikes Peak.

Surrounded by beautiful mountains and a Park that is to die for. Biking is right next to us on 15 miles of walking, biking, or hiking paths.
Getting around by car, Lyft and Uber or bicycle is easy.
