L'ESTARTIT (COSTA BRAVA - Spain), magnificent house on two levels completely renovated in 2014. This house for 6/8 people, offers high quality services with 3 bedrooms with new quality bedding (mattress 150), 2 tiled bathrooms with walk-in showers, 2 hanging toilets, tiling in large sandstone tiles ceramic in all rooms, aluminum joinery, kitchen open to living room fully equipped with many storage units in white lacquered finish, cilestone worktops, induction hobs, stainless steel hood, fan oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine.
The new contemporary furniture is composed of solid wood furniture, a corner sofa, armchairs, a 16: 9 wide screen TV with a satellite dish to receive TNT and a DVD player.
To relax, the house has a panoramic terrace, a solarium and a private landscaped and flowered garden and two private parking lots.
It provides a tennis court and a large condominium swimming pool with swimming area for children.
This house has an exceptional location on the hill overlooking L'Estartit. It offers an unobstructed view of the beach, the port, the sea and the Medes Islands (international scuba diving spot).
The center of L’Estartit with its beautiful sandy beach is 500 meters away.
Behind the house, you can enjoy an immense wild natural park with Mediterranean vegetation where you can walk, go mountain biking and access the most beautiful wild coves of the Costa Brava on foot. "

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful place. The house it self is very comfortable and spacious. Everything is well maintained and the there is plenty of space and equipment for 6-8 persons. We were there with 4 kids which was fine. The garden and parking lots were also good. There is a lovely, large pool and a tennis court which we used couple of times. The views on L’Estartit are pretty stunning and the village is nearby. Thinking of going back there some time!

The best holiday rental in Estartit up to now

The property is luxury and has all what you need as equipment. The view from the villa is just like a dream. The owner has responded favorably to all of our requests and made all her best to make us confortable and at rest. We will surely come again

After full payment we. attempted to communicate with the owners re instructions in English on three separate occasions- no response. Arrived to be told there would be no housekeeping,no sheets/pillowcases on any beds,no towels.The person providing keys telephoned owners to be told none would be provided and we could buy ourselves at shop in another town. We spent the first day driving around for sheets etc at our cost. No fans in bedrooms,couldn't leave doors open as on street level. No fencing or gates. Emphasis on not disturbing neighbours or making any noise at pool.TV rarely in English,no DVDs ,books. Owners refused to help in any form. Property description included housekeeping and new bedding. The owners retorted that obviously meant mattresses and pillows. No mention of bringing own sheets etc nor towels.No response re housekeeping.

Sur notre annonce, il est bien stipulé que le linge de maison n'est pas fourni et nous communiquons les dimensions des lits et des oreillers afin que les locataires puissent les préparer et les amener. Nous sommes réellement désolés pour ce locataire qui n'a pas compris les indications.

Wunderschöne zwei Wochen

Das Haus war super schön. Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Bei Problemen wurde uns direkt geholfen. Die gesamte Anlage inkl. Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Dit huis wil ik wel meenemen naar iedere vakantiebestemming

Het huis is prachtig. Mooie bloemen in de tuin. Huis schoon en netjes. Mooi en modern ingericht. Lekkere bedden en douches. Genoeg ruimte om te verblijven met 8 personen. Zwembad is 1 minuut lopen, kinderen vonden de duikplank geweldig. Enige sportiviteit is wel nodig als je lopen naar het strand en stadje wilt. De trap van 213 tredes is best pittig. Uitzicht vanuit het huis op de zee is prachtig. Genoten op het balkon.

Lovely villa in great location

The owner went out of her way to make this trip work for us - providing sheets and towels that were not pet of the original listing. Would have been a nightmare for us to take as flying in from UK. Really lovely modern villa and in a great setting .

Très agréable séjour

Maison très très bien équipée, literie de très bonne qualité, ventilateurs à dispo pour les nuits chaudes. La résidence est très chouette avec une belle piscine et un cours de tennis bien entretenu (système de réservation facile). Très bon contact avec le gardien. La maison semble très haute par rapport à la plage (ce qui offre un superbe point de vue), mais ça se fait très bien à pied avec les 213 marches qui mènent à la plage. Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour et recommandons le logement. ( Nous étions 2 familles de 4)

Corinne hat ein sehr schönes Objekt weit oberhalb vom eigentlichen Ort Estartit. Die Anlage und das Haus waren ,obwohl älteren Baujahrs, sehr gepflegt . Wir waren im Juli bei dauerhaft hohen Temperaturen über 30 Grad dort. Das einzige was man sich wünschen könnte wäre ein umfangreicherer Aussensonnenschutz.

Superschöne 10 Tage in L'Estartit

Das Haus ist Teil einer größeren Anlage, die als Zentrum einen wunderschönen, gepflegten Pool hat. Dort lässt es sich auch bei 35° Lufttemperatur ohne Weiteres aushalten. Neben dem Pool gibt es noch einen Tennisplatz. Die Anlage ist bereits etwas älter, wird jedoch von einem Hausmeister gut in Schuss gehalten. Einige der Häuser sind älter und offensichtlich auch renovierungsbedürftiger. Umso positiver hebt sich dafür das Haus von Corinne hervor. Im Haus ist alles tadellos und der Ausblick vom Balkon so gigantisch wie beschrieben. Wir haben die Abende ausnahmslos dort verbracht - besser als alle Fernsehprogramme. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem. Dass wir unsere eigenen Handtücher und Bettwäsche mitbringen mussten war für uns eher angenehm als störend. Wenn der Garten, der erst im letzten Winter frisch angelegt wurde, noch etwas gewachsen ist dürften auch die Möbel auf der unteren Ebene noch viel mehr zu Einsatz kommen. Wir können das Haus in jedem Fall empfehlen!

Belle maison très confortable avec une belle vue

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 7 dans cette maison. Belle et moderne, elle est parfaitement équipée pour accueillir une famille nombreuse. La décoration est soignée et la literie de qualité. Les aménagements et équipements sont très fonctionnels et de qualité également. La vue depuis le salon et le balcon est magnifique. Située sur les hauteurs de la ville, la descente peut s'effectuer à pieds via un escalier gigantesque. La plage est à proximité. La piscine partagée est tout près de la maison. L'accueil à l'arrivée et à la sortie s'est très bien passé. Seul petit bémol : le système d'aération insuffisant qui nécessite de laisser les portes et fenêtres ouvertes pour aérer la maison. La terrasse sur le toit permet également de se poser au calme. Concernant la localisation il s'agit d'une petite ville moins touristique que d'autres grosses villes alentour ce qui peut s'avérer préférable en période de forte affluence. Les contacts avec la propriétaire ont été agréables. Corinne s'est révélée d'une grande gentillesse et réactivité. Je recommande cette location.

Absolut tolle Wohnung, sehr modern eingerichtet mit Hammerausblick auf Hafen und Mittelmeer. Es war toll jeden Abend auf dem Balkon die Lichter zu genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, und das haben wir bereits nach wenigen Stunden Aufenthalt festgestellt. Das gabs bei uns noch nie.... Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause...

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour passé dans cette maison à l’Estartit. Nous étions 2 couples et 4 enfants et la maison est assez grande pour accueillir 8 personnes. Celle-ci est tout confort et très bien équipée, rien ne manquait. Les couchages sont très confortables, la terrasse agréable et la vue sur le port magnifique. L’environnement est très bien entretenu et la piscine, située à 2 pas est vraiment un plus, surtout avec des enfants ! Bref, n’hésitez pas longtemps, vous serez charmé par cette magnifique villa sur les hauteurs de l’Estartit, nous partons à regret après une super semaine (la climatisation serait un plus mais chaleur tout à fait gérable avec des ventilateurs).

Dans un cadre agréable et calme, la location est parfaitement conforme à la description. La maison est meublée avec goût, très bien équipée et offre une belle vue sur les Iles Medes. La piscine est très spacieuse et agréable, le gardien disponible. Très bien pour deux couples avec 3 enfants. Merci pour le ventilateur, très utile pendant la période caniculaire de nos vacances...

Nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable la maison est parfaitement équipée surtout au niveau de la cuisine (il est agréable de trouver tout le nécessaire pour faire de la cuisine) par jour de vent la piscine permet de se rafraîchir sans être obligé d aller à la plage. Quartier très calme (surtout quand on connaît le centre d estartit) sans circulation devant la maison seulement quelques voitures. En conclusion pour des vacances avec 2 couples et 2 enfants de 2ans c'est la maison parfaite je la recommande sans aucun soucis!
