This home is excellently located... close to ski lifts, close to hot tub and pool. Center of town is easy to get to via free trolley. Kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. Enough room for 6 adults. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back. Amy and Tiffany were incredible accommodating hosts. Would highly recommend!

For the , this condo was great. Close to the Mountain Village lifts and an easy Uber into town for dinner if you don’t want to mess with shuttles. The grocery store is a quick Uber as well. If I had to find any faults, I have a few trivial, silly things: a 2 slotted toaster in a house with 4 bedrooms, anemic shower pressure and wall to wall carpeting. Otherwise, great bang for the buck!!

My family of seven had a fantastic stay at 3 Kings in Park City, UT. Our hosts, Tiffany and Amy, were wonderful. They communicated quickly and before we arrived gave us a very detailed instruction booklet that made our stay seamless and enjoyable. The condo was immaculate when we arrived and was well stocked with items that most VRBO rentals don’t have. The location of the condo is close enough to Park City Ski Resort to walk. The kids enjoyed the access to the hot tub and clubhouse. Overall, we were highly impressed with our condo at 3 Kings and would love to return in the future.

So, we didn't actually stay at this property because the furnace broke on the day we were scheduled to check in, but Tiffany and Amy were amazing with communication and let us move to one of the other properties they manage - a newly renovated condo in the canyons that exceeded all of our expectations. They were so great with texting us updates, giving us a detailed guidebook of the properties, and making sure that everything ran smoothly. We had the best experience we could ask for. We planned this trip for a bachelorette weekend, most of us had never been to Park City before, but everyone had the most amazing time and we would definitely come back!

Royal Treatment @ 3 Kings

The unit is gorgeous, well appointed and replete with everything you might every need. The customer service and preemptive attention to detail make it easy to feel at home quickly. We enjoyed to clubhouse and hot tub, too. The hosts are super accommodating. Just close enough to the lift elect the 10 minute hike in boots, or wait for the bus. We always took the hike. Sometimes we skied Park City to Canyons and took the bus home to a 5 minute walk from home. Overvalue value and quality was supreme.

Excellent Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time and loved the location of this rental. We were able to walk to the ski life which is just minutes away. We loved that we were surrounded by snow yet the house was always warm and toasty. For a family of 7 there was plenty of seating for us to gather and watch movies, eat dinner together or work at the desks. I recommend to all.
