-Quiet hours 10PM-8AM
-Must be 35 or older to book
-No additional guests can stay other than those you have specified
-No smoking or pets
-No parties or events

Our property is equipped with an outdoor camera that allows us to ensure the cleaning and plowing services have been performed and the house is ready for guests. The camera is not monitored daily nor is it monitored for guest safety or the safety of belongings. We are a licensed in the State of NH for short-term rental.
