Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath 12th floor condo located directly on the beach. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30 ft balcony with spectacular views.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Everyone were very comfortable! Love the spacious areas! To get to Beach the walk was short! Loved having chairs and umbrella included. Condo does need bigger and better frying pans!

30th Birthday

The entire experience was amazing! We even had someone forget important luggage, had a friend overnight mail it, and the host and front office were completely helpful!

Stay was wonderful, had a blast. Condo was clean. The only thing i would suggest would updating the mattresses. Check in and check out was very easy. We arrived early and hit up the pool and they let us know when the condo was ready.

If we ever had an occasion when something was amiss, it was quickly resolved-with a smile. Everyone at Your Asst at the Beach is great to work with and attentive to guests' needs. We would highly recommend to anyone that they consider Breakers East for their next visit to Destin.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Breakers East is a wonderful place to stay. The facility had a very nice heated pool, the proximity to the beach was good and the complimentary beach service was wonderful. The Unit itself was spacious, had a huge balcony and beautiful views of the Gulf. The living room furniture and beds were very comfortable. The dining furniture included a small table with seating for 4. One of the 4 chairs had a cracked back. There were 2 barstools provided but there was no bar area to sit at (the counter had no overhang so it was impossible to sit there.) The kitchen is in desperate need of cleaning an updating. The cabinets were dirty inside and actually had dead insects in them. The lazy susan shelves creaked loudly when turned. The countertop was chipped and needed to be replaced. The appliances were adequate and worked fine. The utensils and dishes were minimal and mismatched. There was no working can opener (the electric on provided did not work.) Balcony furniture was adequate but not very comfortable. Bedroom carpet was extremely dirty.Overall, space was wonderful. Furnishings were adequate.

If you stay with us again in the future, please notify me of any issues while here, so we can correct. I know you reported a need for more dish towels and bugs on the balcony while here, which we addressed. I will have maintenance check the dining chairs & lazy Susan issues. Contractor is actually at 1204 this week 11/1/2021 removing the bedroom carpets and installing new flooring. Photos will be updated when he is finished. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a nice stay! Condo was as described and offered plenty of space for our family of 4– plenty of hangers, drawers, beach towels, linens, and extra fans (help to drown any noise heard in bedroom from guests on the elevator) The condo lacked cleanliness, by the cleaning staff, nothing I couldn’t tidy up myself but wasn’t welcoming. Also there isn’t overhead lighting in many areas and the lamps didn’t provide adequate lighting. Showers both great and seemed to be recently upgraded! Overall, our stay was wonderful and we will return to Breakers East! Oh- 1 elevator broke mid stay, so you either had to be patient or take the stairs!

Destin getaway

Great location, check in -out was easy and accommodations were well stocked. Only concern was the cleanliness of the condo. We arrived late so could not ask for cleaning service to return. I cleaned bathrooms, kitchen counters and swept sand and food from kitchen floor.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very spacious and in a great location. But it would benefit from some maintenance and cleaning. We had mold in the kitchen along with ants. I contacted management and the mold was cleaned up but the cleaners left a mess on the cooktop and microwave in the process. I was told they would spray for the ants but we had issues all week and had to be very careful to keep all foos sealed all week. We didn’t want to have to throw out more food. The baseboards needed cleaning witch made me wonder how well the cleaning crew was actually cleaning anything.

Beachfront view

Very spacious & as described in listing. Located right on the beach, spectacular heated pool, & not an overpopulated condo complex. Came with complimentary Beach umbrella & 2 chairs for each day of our stay which took the hassle out of getting that beach gear to the beach yourself. Just a very short walk to the beach to experience the clear waters & white sands of Destin Beach! Would definitely recommend staying here! We loved it!
