Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! Free WIFI !!



Phoenix East is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast with great views of the Perdido Pass and Gulf. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



This 2BR Phoenix East condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.



Come relax on the 11th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has a full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has two queen sized beds and a full bathroom, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for occupancy up to 8. The kitchen is fully equipped and newly renovated with granite countertops and new cabinetry. The living room furniture and TVs throughout are all new. There is a 55' SMART TV in the living room, 50' in the master and 40' in the guest bedroom. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



Our condo is located on the 11th floor, and not a far walk from the elevators.

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

The unit, pool and location were great. The worse thing about the property was the elevators. The front desk knew there were issues and had notified maintenance but they still weren’ t fixed properly by the end of our stay. Twice we walked down 11 flights of stairs

Room was not clean enough according to my expectations. Didn't smell fresh. Everything pretty old. Living room furniture definitely needs to be replaced. Bedroom door knobs were sticky and nasty. Had to move the bed to connect my phone. I had clean tub before I even bathed. Outdoor furniture had stains on chairs and table. Only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom should have backup. One bathroom didn't have conditioner. I will not return to this unit.

It did not match up to what the listing was. The furniture is extremely worn and uncomfortable. There's only one garbage bag one roll of toilet paper per room. I didn't even get my check instructions until 45 minutes before we checked in therefore I didn't know to bring extras of those things. There's also no condiments which it does state that but like I said, I didn't get anything telling me that till we were checking in. Access to the beach is easy. The pool was fine. We had a great time, but we're unable to play in the beach the second day that we were there because of all of the jellyfish.

Family Beach Trip

Single Mom with 2- 18-year-old High School seniors on Spring Break. We loved the condo and the quick access to the beach. We made breakfast in the condo and had LOTS of restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner very close to the condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week toward the end of June 2026 and had a great experience overall! We’ve stayed in other Phoenix rentals in the past but never in this building. We enjoyed watching the boats leave and come in everyday from the balcony, and the beach was never too crowded to play. Our kids (2 & 5) used both the indoor and outdoor pools. The “splash pad” is not more than a few sprayers, but it was fine for us. The couch in the unit needs to be replaced as the cushions sink down to the middle and seem in bad shape. The beds were fine and it was great to have a walk in shower in the primary bath. The building and unit both have somewhat of a musty smell - more so than other Phoenix units we’ve stayed in. I do not think this unit would be very comfortable for more than 4 people, but the space was perfect for us. I text Brandi with an issue of smokers on a neighboring balcony and she immediately replied with instructions on getting security involved. Overall a great trip!

The condo was perfect for us, everything needed was there! The property manager allowed us to check in early and was always readily available within a very short amount of time when needing to correspond. We highly recommend!

Enjoyed the soft pillows on the master bed and extra soft blankets. Any issue we had was addressed promptly! This condo was perfect for our needs and the balcony view was beautiful.

Nice Fall Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Communication before and during our stay was amazing. We had plenty of room in the main bedroom for the pack n play for our 1-year old son to sleep. The chair/umbrella rental onsite was convenient. We would highly recommend this unit to others.

Great view from the balcony

Spacious 2 bedroom condo, comfortable and well appointed. Improvements needed were more tissue paper and toilet tissue. There was a smell in the kitchen area might be the dishwasher but only enough dishwasher soap to do one load.
