Katherine and Arthur were excellent hosts. The property was very neat and clean and came as described. In addition, the property was very conveniently located to everything we did while we were there. We would most definitely recommend anyone to rent this property if you are traveling to Naples!

Fantastic property in a great location. We were literally 5 or 10 minutes from just about everything we wanted to do. The screened in pool and hot tub were the highlight of the property! Fantastic host that provided great information. Our first trip to Naples but will definitely return to this property!

Great house! Great hosts! The house was nicely furnished. Great lanai and pool furniture. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Pool was heated to 85 and just perfect. Our puppies loved the yard and pool area. So nice that the yard was fenced in. Thank you Katherine and Arthur!

Perfect winter escape

Our stay was fantastic! The property is in a great location convenient to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The house was spacious and clean and we all loved the pool and hot tub. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Gorgeous house, great hosts, family friendly accommodation

We stayed with our 2 kids (under 10) at this gorgeous property in Naples for 5 nights in late December/January. It was a fantastic experience! Katherine and Arthur are great hosts and in constant communication. The house is full of thoughtful details - beach towels, beach bags, chairs, picnic blanket - all provided. We especially loved the welcome gift. The pool and hot tub are spectacular and great fun for the kids. We'll definitely stay here again!

This Happyours home was exactly what my family hoped for. Clean home, comfortable beds and perfect location near our favorite restaurants and beaches. The ability to control the heated pool/hot tub was crucial to us especially because the week we were there (March 1 to March 8) the evenings were cooler than average and we swam every day. Katherine was phenomenal host with A communication. We will definitely look into staying here again!

Beautiful home and close to everything!

This is a beautiful home with private, lovely pool area. It is a 5-10 minute drive to great beaches, restaurants and shopping. As we were there just as the recommendations to shelter in place began related to the pandemic, we were more than happy to stay at the house. We had everything we needed! The hosts were so very accommodating, including being set -up for a 6 month old! We will definitely stay again when we are blessed enough to return to Florida
