Very nice house with magnificent views of the mountains.
Quiet, with swimming pool and pretty garden. 300m from the shops, 400m from the bike path, 900m from the lake.
Saint-Jorioz is a magnificent starting point to discover the beautiful city of Annecy at 10km, go around the lake by bicycle by bike path, go hiking. The massive Bauges, Beaufortin and Aravis are very easily accessible.
The house has all the necessary facilities:

Fantastic Holiday in Saint-Jorioz

The property is in a tranquil part of St-Jorioz, and very accessible to the shops, restaurant of the town and beaches of Lake Annecy. We cycled everywhere so hardly used our car. The terrace, pool and garden were fabulous. We would highly recommend this house.

Nice stay in St-Jorioz

We enjoyed our stay in St-Jorioz. The house was well equipped (though the kitchen equipment was somewhat outdated). Nice garden (with large trees providing shadow spots), nice swimming pool and we appreciated the gas barbecue. We missed airconditioning (due to the extreme heat). In the absence of airco, fans in the bedrooms would have been welcome.

Très bel emplacement, l'extérieur est charmant et agréable. Mais les équipements intérieurs ne sont pas à la hauteur du tarif demandé. Par ailleurs, nous avons été fortement dérangé par les moustiques tigres et il n'y a pas de moustiquaires aux fenêtres.

Agréable maison, emplacement idéal

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison agréable à St Jorioz. La maison est très bien équipée, très propre, la piscine nous a permis de profiter du beau soleil savoyard. les propriétaires nous avaient laissé des renseignements sur la région et où aller faire nos courses. La communication avec Mme Chatelier a été excellente. Nous avons quasiment tout fait à pieds et à vélo. Ces vacances ont été parfaites.
