Ideal kocation

This apartment surprised us with its space, plenty of room for 6 of us. The balcony looks small on the photos but can accommodate 8 for a meal. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Maribel was more than happy to meet us early which was fabulous. Our only criticism was that the kitchen was very “tired” and really needs replacing, the fridge and dishwasher were serviceable but temperamental, the rest of the apartment was a mix, the sofas were also old and not in a good colour for a rental. We do realise that updating all of this would have made the apartment more expensive to rent. Overall and excellent apartment and very good value. Walking distance from all the best Denia has to offer.

Inmejorable ubicación y muy buena sensación general del apartamento.

El piso está reformado y resulta muy cómodo en general. A destacar aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, los colchones son nuevos y aunque sencillos, resultan cómodos (firmeza media), la piscina suele estar tranquila y tiene un baño muy agradable. La playa junto al apartamento muy buena. La zona de bares y restaurantes a 5 minutos andando. Los dueños muy amables y atentos a cualquier problema o necesidad que pudiera surgir. En general una estancia a repetir. A mejorar dos detalles sencillos: la mesa y sillas de la terraza no corresponden a las de la fotografía y son bastante más incómodas y menos prácticas. A la puerta de la nevera habría que cambiarle la orientación de apertura pues choca con la propia puerta de la cocina.

Qua ligging perfect, direct grenzende aan het centrum van Denia (Loopafstand)

De indeling van het appartement, gelegen op de eerste verdieping, was prima, v.w.b. het ontvangen van kinderen/vrienden, deze hadden een aparte unit t.w. slaapkamer en badkamer. De sanitaire voorzieningen waren compleet (ligbad met douche, wastafel, bidet en W.C), functioneerden goed maar waren toch wel verouderd. Een eigen parkeerplaats op af te sluiten terrein was prima.

Schöne große Wohnung in direkter Strand und Stadtnähe.

Schöne große Wohnung in direkter Strand und Stadt-Nähe. Vorteile: Nach ca. 100m war man am Hafen im Fischerviertel mit seinen vielen Restaurants und Bars. Nach hinten raus brauchte man nur die Straße überqueren und war am bewachten Strand. In ca. 10min. war man in der Altstadt mit seiner bekannten Fressmeile und der kleinen Rambla. Betten waren bequem. Überdachte Parkplätze. Nachteile: Wohnung ist im ersten Stock, wir hatten das Pech das über uns Laute Deutsche gewohnt haben. Man schaut vom Balkon direkt auf eine der Einfall-Staßen. Küche etwas verwohnt.

Appartement très bien situé. À proximité de tout. L'appartement en lui même est très agréable à vivre et très propre. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très réactifs quant au confort de leurs locataires. Bonne adresse.
