The bedroom with the queen has a balcony overlooking the back garden. The other upstairs bedroom has a futon in the sitting room. There is one shared bathroom upstairs. There are two water heaters in the house - this helps make sure no one runs out of hot water. (The master bathroom has its own.) There is parking for 3 - 4 cars in the driveway and more on the street. The house is an easy walk to Five Points
