Approximately 1100 square feet of generously furnished up-scale living above a beach with breath-taking unobstructed views across blue Maalaea Bay to other islands and Maui's south shore below the Haleakala volcano. Watch whales and relax on the lanai after stimulating beach walks and swimming in the warm ocean below, or the solar-heated pool.

Perfectly accommodates 4 adults with private baths adjoining each bedroom, and all other amenities for graceful living on the top (4th) floor away from the seashore, yet on it. Kanai A Nalu is secluded on a road that ends at a small nearby park, and begins within walking distance at Maalaea's Boat Harbor and the nation's largest ocean reef aquarium with its shops, restaurants and tourist attractions, including some fast food for those still in a hurry.

The view from the balcony was phenomenal!! It is retro style but very comfortable, no problems sleeping and no sore back in the morning!! No AC but the breeze off the ocean did just fine, even had to use beach towels for lap throws in the evening. Very clean property and nice accommodations such as access to beach next door and a solar heated pool…. Everyone was very nice and inviting!!

Beautiful beach and ocean views, near the end of the paved road location with a secluded beach park. That beach is over a mile long.

Amazing views and condo had everything we needed. It is a very dated condo compared to the other dozen or so we’ve stayed in over the years and could use some repairs here and there, but you get what you pay for. This Unit is one of the cheapest with the front views. It was pretty warm during our stay, high 80’s, but the numerous fans were helpful since there is no air conditioning. Hosts were very responsive for any issues and everything was clean and stocked well for a week visit.

We stayed a week. The property is older and some of the furnishings are a bit dated, but overall clean, comfortable and well furnished for our needs. The view from our balcony was amazing. Amazing location

We had a wonderful 7 day in Maui, and this property helped make it even better. The location is perfect, centrally located on the island in Maalaea. Watching turtles swimming right below us, while sitting on the lanai, was amazing. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked with all the necessities.
