Over all the stay was great, the only areas I would say the owner needs to pay attention to is bed were uncomfortable and pillows were wafer thin and had no support, the pool was great but we did not see any pool cleaner who was due on a number of days,we did enjoy our stay and the area was just what we needed to relax

Thank you very much for your feedback. I’m really pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that the area was just what you needed to relax. I’m sorry to hear that you found the beds uncomfortable and the pillows lacking support. This is actually the first time I’ve received such a comment in all the years I’ve been renting the house, but I’ll certainly take it into consideration and look at providing some more supportive pillow options. Regarding the pool, the pool technician does come regularly as planned, but he usually comes early in the morning, which may explain why you didn’t see him. I’m glad to hear that you nevertheless enjoyed the pool. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m very happy that overall you had a great stay.

Beautiful villa with valley and sea views

We had a very enjoyable stay in the Villa. Most outside areas have been newly renovated and provide lots of beautiful areas to sit in the sunshine or the shade. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise over the sea. Location is great. You can walk to few restaurants close by with the main centre of Arenal Beach , the port or the old town of Javea within driving distance. There is a small bakery/supermarket a few 100 meters away. There is is also a slightly larger Wimark with everything you need close by ,but maybe slightly too far to walk with heavy items in the sun. Kitchen has everything you need, bedrooms are nice especially with the aircon on hot days. You probably wouldn’t be able to sit six people on the balcony comfortably all at one time but there are plenty of outside areas available. Gardens are beautiful especially BBQ area with quiet area and pergola with dining area. Great communication with Francoise.
