Leider nicht empfehlenswert

Wohnung entsprach nicht den Vorstellungen, die die Bilder vermittelten. Immobilie liegt direkt neben lauter Hauptzufahrtsstrasse nach Villasimius, neben der Terrasse ist eine große Zufahrt zu Lagerräumen unter dem Gebäude, neben dem Gebäude ist eine große Lagerhalle, auf der Terrasse stand, neben dem sehr einfachen Mobiliar (nicht wie auf Bildern) ein alter, nicht angeschlossener Kühlschrank, der Außengrill von den Bildern war nicht u sehen. Das Haus und die rudimentäre Ausstattung selbst sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
