Beautiful villa "La Solana". In the residential area of ​​Cap Marti, single storey house on flat ground, quiet and sunny position, 2 km from the sea.
Private: Mediterranean garden of 1'200 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, private pool kidney shaped with internal steps (4 m x 8 m, maintained all year). Fenced parking spaces for 2 cars.
Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 800 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 2 km. Tennis 3 km.
Vehicle advised for traveling.

Living room with fireplace, TV (satellite) international channels, DVD player, Internet (free WIFI connection) and air conditioning.
- 1 bedroom with 1 french bed (180 X 200), bath / WC, cupboard and air-conditioning.
- 1 bedroom with 1 french bed (140 x 190), shower / WC, cupboard and air-conditioning.
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90 X 190), closet and air-conditioning, separate shower / WC.
Kitchen: (Refrigerator with small freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 3 vitroceramic hotplates, electric oven, electric coffee makers).

Just perfect for us. Close enough to beach, restaurants etc to make everything easily accessible, far enough away to be peaceful and feel away from everything. Booking, pre-trip communication and check-in are just so easy. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Ideal Winter Break

Lovely, traditional Spanish villa set in a quiet residential location. Well equipped and good facilities for spending a short winter break. Car recommended, but easy access to the El Arenal beach front and to Xabia old town. Great location as a base to explore the local coastal resorts and inland mountain villages.

Perfect stay in Javea

This was our second stay at this lovely villa - which is probably a good sign :-) Everything we needed to enjoy our Javea stay. Quiet to lay around the pool, 5 minutes if you want the beautiful beach, a restaurant or a supermarket. For us, the perfect place for a relaxing break to enjoy with our friends. The only thing wrong was that we had to go home!

Lovely villa. Nice location.

Very nice villa and grounds. Comfortable. Well-equipped. Nice pool and barbecue area. Had a problem with the wifi but that was fixed when a technician came. Easy access to supermarkets and beach. Could walk to restaurants by day but needed the car at night, but it was mid September and getting darker earlier.

Superb villa in a great location

Wonderful villa, lovely large bedrooms , kitchen small but functional. Great pool and outside seating areas. Locked gate for safety and driveway parking spaces for hire cars. The location is great being close to Arenal and short drive to other towns. Check in and out of villa was smooth and stress free. We travelled as a family of 6 ages from 64 to 16 weeks old and all found the villa superb. Only slight niggle is no bath for kids but did manage with the baby bath provided. Would definitely go back again.

Our family of 4 stayed at La Solana in early April of 2023 and just had the loveliest time there. The villa sits in a gorgeously quiet neighbourhood, just a few minutes' drive from the local beach. The outdoor area of La Solana is wonderfully-spacious, and any issues were solved very quickly. The kitchen was small, but the outdoor barbecue area more than made up for this. Overall, I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. We'll be back!

Javea Heaven

Two weeks in this lovely villa; great location, everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We didn't want to come home! Clarissa (local property manager) was great and made the check in/out process very easy. The garden and pool area was perfect for the four of us to chill out at the villa and it was just a short hop to the beach and shops when we headed out. Javea itself has a great vibe day or night but other places are easily accessible when we felt like venturing further. We would love to return.

Short early summer vacation trip to Javea

Nicely situated villa in El Tosalet, one of Javea‘s original urbanizations. Very clean sub plot - 5 minutes by car to the main playa / Arenal. 2 minutes to next super market. The villa itself has aged quite a lot, however especially the bathrooms have seen a nice modernization. Garden and own pool are very nice. Only issues during my stay were functioning of electricity (which was fixed during the first weekend fortunately) and very noisy garden works by a couple of neighbours for 2-3 days (had to escape to Arenal).

Amazing villa with more than you coyld ask for

The property was gorgeous, pictures do not do it justice. Everything you could need and very spacious. Lots of extras that really helped us out as a family with a baby. Baby bath highchair, beach umbrellas. Also the added exras like ball games gave us lots of fun at night. Building work going on in day next door but cant be helped. The villa felt very secure and was as described for location. Had to drive everywhere as told but very quick drive and so much to do within 5 to 20 mins drive. Shops close by restaurants beach we loved the port aswell found it near the end of the holiday. Definitely recommend villa if your happy to drive or just relax in the villa. Amazing holiday in an amazing villa. Thank you

Very disappointed with the amenities at the villa, the Wi-Fi was not working, one of the en-suite bathroom had been repaired before our stay and was not in use as the repair had not been completed ready for our stay. We was notified but told the en-suite would be ready to use within 2 days of arriving but this did not happen and we had no contact from the property manager to update us. The villa needs updating and given a complete clean, and the towels were so old they need replacing, we stayed at the villa 8 years ago and I think they are the same towels. We could not watch the television as there was no English channels apart from BBC World News, maybe this should be advised on the advertisement. The location of the villa is excellent, however, I would stay in this area but not this villa

Una villa para disfrutar

Nos ha encantado la ubicación; muy cerca de muchas calas y miradores para visitar. La casa está genial. Las habitaciones disponen de baño y aire acondicionado, están muy bien equipadas y muy bonitas. La piscina y zona exterior son una gozada. Puedes comer fuera en un bonito espacio habilitado para ello. La urbanización donde se encuentra es muy tranquila. Hay muchas villas alrededor y da sensación de seguridad. Puedes aparcar el coche dentro de la propia villa, y fuera sin dificultad alguna. Tanto Marylène como Clarisa han resuelto todas nuestras dudas y han hecho la recepción y la salida fácil y rápida. Han sido unas vacaciones geniales. Muchas gracias..

Jolie Villa mais petits bémols

Cela fait maintenant plus de 19 ans que nous louons des villas à Javea (parfois deux fois par année). Villa très bien située (au calme) et aux commodités conformes à l'annonce. Seuls quelques petits bémols : temps d'attente pour avoir les clés de la Villa (malgré un arrangement avec le propriétaire pour une arrivée vers 14h30/15h00). La personne de confiance n'était pas disponible (et pas au courant non plus) et nous avons dû attendre 16h00 (heure prévue dans l'annonce). Il y a un coffre à clés à la barrière qui aurait pu éviter ce problème. Ensuite nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude durant deux jours. La personne de confiance nous dit qu'elle passera le samedi soir (de notre arrivée), nous envoie un message nous confirmant que c'était réglé (nous étions de sortie) mais... finalement, toujours pas d'eau chaude. J'envoie donc un message à la personne de confiance et au propriétaire le dimanche matin. Sans aucune nouvelle de personne dimanche fin de journée, je vais quand même voir la chaudière et je m'aperçois qu'elle est réglée au plus froid (contrairement à ce qui est annoncé dans la farde avec toutes les infos mises à disposition par le propriétaire), ce qui laisse quand même sous entendre que personne n'est passé à la villa le samedi soir... Mais malgré cela inutile d'espérer de l'eau bien chaude pour deux douches (la villa en comportant trois) car pas assez de pression et eau tiède. Nous ne prenions donc qu'une douche à la fois malgré les 3 salles de bain. Un effort est à faire à ce niveau là me semble-t-il. Je me passe de décrire l'utilité des deux raclettes de sol placées dans les salles de bain. En dehors de tout cela, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances (nous n'avons pas testé la piscine car elle n'était pas assez chaude). Je pense qu'être les premiers locataires d'une saison n'est jamais une bonne idée. Quant à la région, c'est toujours un plaisir de s'y rendre (nous y retournons en juillet).
