On the Water! FORT MYERS BEACH! Bottom Floor NO STEPS! FULLY REMODELED!

This one bedroom condo is located on the water on San Carlos Island in Fort Myers Beach. The open, airy, ground floor unit has no steps with fabulous views of the water and morning sunrises. The unit was completely rebuilt after Hurricane Ian in 2022 with all new interior, kitchen, appliances, flooring and furniture! The master bedroom has a king bed and TV with plenty of drawer space. The unit was again completely remodeled after Hurricane Helene and is full ready for the season. The living room has a big screen TV, electric recliners and lovely chairs, rugs and furnishings!
Internet included. No pets. No smoking. Furnished.
This location allows for walking to several restaurants and only 1 mile walk, or Trolley ride to beautiful Fort Myers Beach just over the bridge and Times Square shopping. Across the street is the stop for Lee Trans Trolley to the beach, and a very short driving distance to Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and Naples. The complex is a community of 41 units with tennis courts, heated pool and possible boat slip. One parking spot is included with guest spots available. Very secure.
VRBO does collect Lee County's occupancy tax of 11.5%.

Great location, really nice hosts

Nice one-bedroom unit at a great location; many restaurants and things to do and just across the bridge from the island (though bridge traffic can get crazy). Beautiful spot on the water with a lovely pool and pool deck.

Great spot

This is a nice one BR, one bath, comfortable and an excellent location. Traffic to the island can make access slow at times by t the location is worth it. Doug and Nancy are terrific landlords.

Doug and Nancy are wonderful to work with. The view from the lanai is amazing and so is the pool. There are so many restaurants to, it’s terrific. Highly recommend.

Near Perfection !!!

Well appointed, comfortable, cozy unit that gives privacy and beautiful water views from the lanai. Perfect for a single traveler or a couple. The pool was delightful and just steps away as well as a barbeque area. Truely on of the better experiences I've had in SW Florida. Thanks Doug and Nancy.

Nancy and I spend most of the winters in Fort Myers Beach. We purchased 2 condos and live in one and rent out the other. The rental is a fully furnished and totally redone. We will be in the area while you are renting this one.

The complex is a small complex with 41 units. The people are generally long term tenants or owners and are very friendly and social. We love the location, close to beach and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The ability to walk to restaurants and the beach with great Trolley access and close medical facilities is a big plus. A boat slip may also be available out your door!
