Beautiful remodeled interior, 1 block from beach access. Plenty parking for your guest and your boat. 2 blocks from boat ramp, 1 block from Wanna Wanna can grab dinner and drinks few steps away. All appliances are new including, stackable washer and dryer. Out door shower to clean up after short walk from beach. Wall bed turning the living room into 3rd bedroom. Large shower, new floors, wrap around porch.
