Freshly Remodeled, Paint, New Kitchen and much more! Wonderfully comfortable corona del mar BACK HOUSE (also known as 1/2 or B Unit) Located right in the middle of the CDM Village!

Walk to CDM Main Beach, Fernleaf Beach, Pirates Cove, the Tide Pools and the beach via the goldenrod footbridge, walk to restaurants, coffee and more.

Quiet location on the ocean side of PCH, plenty of parking. Very clean nice house with large outside loggia with Fireplace and great kitchen.

4 Flat Screens 1G wifi, 2 fireplaces, great beds and sheets and comforters, great master shower with 5 shower heads! Chef's kitchen, great local views.

A Great Getaway in beautiful Corona Del Mar

Dave was super helpful throughout the process and highly responsive when we reached out. Their place has all the amenities and it is perfectly located just a few blocks from the Pacific Ocean and within walking distance of all the local shops, restaurants and attractions.

We enjoyed this beautiful home and the location. We could walk to anywhere and come back and relax. The place has everything you need and is quiet and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the loggio in the morning and evening! Thanks for sharing your place with others!
