THE HOUSE

Ground floor:
Access to the fully equipped open kitchen, toilet and sink, laundry (washing machine).
60m2 lounge/living room (internet and smart Tv access, books)
Stove and fire place.

1st Floor:
1 bedroom (15m2) with queen size bed, view of pool and hills, private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) + dressing.
1 bedroom (14m2) with queen size bed, view of pool and hills, private bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) and dressing room
1 en-suite bedroom (14m2), 1 double bed with bathroom (7m2) (shower, sink, toilet and bath)
1 Bedroom (16m2), 2 single beds, private bathroom. (shower, toilet, washbasin) and dressing.

2nd Floor :
Playroom (20m2) for the kids with console, board games and books.

We are maintaining the pool as well as the garden during your stay.

We live on the property.

THE DISTRICT is like a little corner of paradise
The village is at the top of the hill and is really nice. You can go there on foot through the woods and dine at "Chastrusse", very pleasant summer.

The river Dordogne is 2 km away, you can rent canoes and paddle to Beynac by La Roque Gageac (beautiful castles on the way), or even rest on one of its beaches.

There is also a very nice lake nearby with a beach and its restaurant (Les 7 Sources)

We are between the castles of Roufillac, Fenelon and Cieurac.
The most beautiful sites of the region also await you as Sarlat, Belves, Rocamadour, Carennac, Domme, Collonge, Beynac, Turenne, St Cirq the Popie etc .. without forgetting the numerous caves and Chateaux! (Lacave, Cougnac, Commarque, Castelnau ..)

Many activities such as paragliding, air balloon, speleology, water park, horse riding, zoo, theme parks, hooked branches etc ...

Some nice restaurants nearby such as "Le Chastrusse", les 7 sources with its lake and beach, Le Pont de l'Ouisse,
Food market, farm "Auberges"

If you like walking or cycling, there are several marked trails in the area including the "greenway" that will take you to Sarlat from Rouffillac, ~ 1h30.

The nearest cities and airports:
Brive (30mn), Cahors (40mn), Limoges (1h15mn), Toulouse and Bergerac (1h30mn), Bordeaux (2h15mn).
