A big stay / kitchen of 50M ² with a corner living room and a chimney a big table to take the meals and a new equipped kitchen giving directly on the terrace and the garden, a garage. Two cars can be parked in the garden. Other cars can be parked in the street in front of the house.
Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, table, chairs and parasol on terrace, hammock, gas barbecue. Six adult bikes, a surfboard and a body board, dip nets and buckets to go fishing for shrimps, Molky, beach racquets. In addition, you can have games to play with the family: Peroudo, Pictionnary, Catania, card games, yellow dwarf, poker ...
