Quiet T3 apartment with 1 parking space
Our apartment is part of a small condominium of 10 apartments located on the 2nd and last floor.
The residence has just been completed (April 2018).
It is ideally located 15 minutes walk from the large beach of the palace or the beautiful beach of love room in Anglet.
The journey is 5 minutes by car.
The famous Saint Charles market is 10 minutes walk.
The apartment is 61 M2 with a beautiful balcony that allows you to eat with an unobstructed view of the gardens of the famous Basque houses.
The bespoke Italian kitchen is equipped with siemens elements all brand new.
The bedding is good - the beds in the kids room are real trundle beds that can be used u in 2 small beds or 1 double bed as needed.
We took care to decorate our apartment with quality elements and we put all our heart because it is also intended for our personal use.
You will be at home.
Deposit of 600 € to be returned on arrival in check or cash
