The property was renovated and very clean. It was in a great location, just a short walk for beach access.

Great property. Close to beach. Only issues we had were toilet not flushing properly and wrong security code to access door. Also, garage door wasn’t sealed properly and a lot of water comes into garage. Everything else was great. Would consider staying there again.

Great location and just family perfect

We stayed 2 nights prior to our cruise departure. Excellent location to everything and walking distance to the beach. Bonus was all the beach items available for use! We had 6 people stay here and plenty of run.

Sweet Little Suite

Was perfect for our stay of 2 night & 2 days. Wish we had more time because the accomodations & location were great. Fully appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, easy beach access & even beach chairs & toys for our grandchildren. Would definitely stay here again.

My family of college aged children, spouse and mother stayed at this property prior to a cruise. It was comfortable and near the beach. The owner was responsive to concerns.

Perfect spot, close to the beach

We were thrilled at how adorable this home was. It is older, but is so cutely upgraded. It was cozy, comfortable and clean. We also loved that it was a simple walk to the beach!

Loved how close to the beach it was. Perfect for our small group. It is about 1 min walk to the beach. It was a 7 min drive to the cruise port. Also, we could see the rocket launch from the beach clearly! Nice place.

Perfect for family

The house was absolutely perfect for me and my little family. We loved how close it was to the beach literally walking to the end of the block. My kids enjoyed the backyard and even got to chase a few lizards. I will definitely book this home again the next time we come to the cocoa beach area.

This place is litterally steps away from the beach! Great for families with small kids as you dont cross a busy road. Plenty of beach equipment to use...stay here!!

Clean and Great Location to cruise port

Stayed here two night prior to cruise. Great location walking distance to the beach and short drive to the port. Traveled a few days after hurricane Milton came thru and had questions about the conditions in the area. Host communicated quickly and let me know of minor changes to furnishings. Would stay her again.
