Fully equipped and modern kitchen with all the necessary utensils, living room with sofas and UHD TV with access to cable TV, HD movies and WIFI available.

Balcony and patio of 70 m2 with direct access to the pool and the beach.

The entire balcony and patio in ^ deck ^ with table and chairs for outside dining. Loungers on the patio that provide great moments in the sun.

Common barbecue area available in the pool area.

The apartment has been completely renovated and equipped with double frames glass doors and double glazing, electric blinds and shutters.

LED lighting throughout the apartment and equipped with dimmers. All beds with pocket spring mattresses with memory foam for a relaxed night.

Private garage for one car.

Great area for holidays in front of the sea and for walks along the beach.

With an experience of 5 years in rental apartments, was enough to understand the demands of the guests and adapt to them. This is my third apartment available for rent in the area. In my opinion the beaches in the area of Vila Nova de Gaia are the prettiest on the coast of Portugal.

What makes this property unique

The sea view was what captivated me and direct access to the pool through the yard. The area of lawn around the pool and the direct entrance to the beach.
