Chia, detached villa with large plot of land

The single house, with views, is located about 7 minutes from the sea, is surrounded by a nice green lawn extremely soft.
It consists of living room-kitchen, two double bedrooms, one single room with two beds and a sofa bed for 1 + 1/2 square, bathroom with shower, hallway, veranda, laundry service, outdoor shower with hot water, satellite TV, DVD player, mosquito nets to every frame, cars. All in a plot of 5000 sqm fully fenced.
The white beaches, within walking distance, are equipped with bathing establishments and large free areas; stretch for kilometers, are surrounded by high sand dunes covered with juniper trees.
At about 700 meters there is the commercial center of the Tourist Village of Chia with: pharmacy, supermarket, boutiques, free admission for shows and evening entertainment, ice cream shop, pizzeria, restaurants, golf course, hiking with horses, off-road mountain biking. ,

The town of Pula, 10 minutes away from the house, offers a pleasant walk in the old town. Restaurants and craft shops, discos and a nightlife full of events such as concerts and art exhibitions welcome visitors.

Ein tolles Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage, nicht weit weg zum Strand. Das Haus ist sind alle notwendigen eingerichtet, aber nicht mehr. Der Pool ist sehr sauber. Roberto ist sehr hilfsbereit. Angenehmer Ablauf vom der Buchung bis zum auschecken.Wir werden irgendwann wieder das Haus mieten.

Sommerurlaub

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern eine großartige Zeit verbracht. Das Haus mit dem großen Grundstück war perfekt für Urlaub weg vom Trubel. Der Pool hat den Kindern viel Spaß gemacht. Roberto und seine Frau sind perfekte Gastgeber und kümmern sich auch persönlich.

Sehr schöne Villa mit einer trsumhaften Gartenanlage in absoluter Alleinlage, in der man sich frei und wohl fühlt. Das Haus ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, ist sehr sauber und der wunderschöne, traumhafte Strand Chia in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Aufenthalt im September

Wir waren rundum mit dem Haus zufrieden. Sehr ruhig ohne Nachbarn. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß wenige Minuten. Grundausstattung, wie Mehl, Salz, Zucker etc sind vorhanden, genauso wie Waschmittel und Seifen. Bettlaken und Handtücher bekommt man für 15€ pro Person gestellt. Der Pool ist größer als man auf den Bildern erwartet und ideal für Kleinkinder, da sie nicht reinfallen können. Kaffeemaschine gab es leider keine, aber eine andere Möglichkeit Kaffee zu zu bereiten. Leider gab es hin und wieder ein paar Ameisen im Haus. Die Gegend ist für einen Badeurlaub und Wanderungen sehr schön. Die nächsten größeren Supermärkte sind ca. 20 Minuten entfernt in Pula. Die meisten Restaurants öffnen abends 19 Uhr oder später.

uitstekende plek

Wij waren hier van 27 april tot 11 mei. Het meest hebben we genoten van de wandelingen vanaf het huis naar de zoutpannen waar de enorme groep flamingo's altijd te bewonderen was en waar we regelmatig steltkluten zagen. En dan loop je zo het strand op... De eerste week was de wind steeds hard, uit wisselende richtingen. Toen was het niet zo makkelijk om een plekje te vinden om lekker buiten te zitten. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en doet alles om het zijn de gasten naar de zin te maken. De stranden en strandjes in de omgeving zijn prachtig en makkelijk te bereiken. Kortom, een heerlijke plek om vakantie te vieren!

Ruhiger strandnaher Urlaub.

Sehr ruhiggelegen in der Nähe einer Lagune in der Flamingos zu Ostern rasteten. Der Strand ist beliebt bei Surfern, Kitesurfern, Windsurfern und Wing-foil-Surfern. Die Gegend läd zum Wandern entlang der Küste und ins weniger besuchte Hinterland Richtung Teulada ein. Viel Natur mit Wiedehopf und Reptilien wie Eidechsen, Geckos, und sogar einen Walzenskink am Torre de Chia. Es war sehr schön, ruhig und entspannend. Roberto war sehr nett und entgegenkommend.

Freistehendes Haus mit viel Umschwung

Traumhafte Idylle

Das Haus ist sehr schön und der Garten ist traumhaft! Ein sehr großes Grundstück mit Pool und Außendusche etwas weg vom Ortskern Chia. Und hat der zweiwöchige Urlaub dirt sehr gefallen und überlegen schon jetzt nochmal hinzugehen. Der Gastgeber Roberto war am Anreise Tag selbst nicht anwesend, hat uns aber einen Kontakt genannt von jemandem der uns sehr freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen hat. Roberto hat uns eine nette Nachricht geschrieben, ob wir gut angekommen sind und den Urlaub genießen. Er kam ein paar Tage später und hat sich um den PH-Wert des Pools gekümmert der einfach traumhaft war. Wir waren fast jeden Tag im Pool und sind anschließend an der Strand gelaufen. Zum Strand sind es zur Fuß ca. 10 Minuten und es ist definitiv einer der schönsten Strände in der Umgebung. Roberto hat uns sogar zwei Weinflaschen mitgebracht als kleines Gastgeschenk. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit definitiver Weiterempfehlung!

Viel Platz und nicht weit vom Strand

Ein großes Haus in idyllischer Umgebung. Super Gastgeber. Zu den wunderschönen Stränden sind es zu Fuß nur 12 Minuten, 5 Minuten mehr als von den Parkplätzen. Das Haus hat alle Annehmlichkeiten. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, inkl. einer Flasche Wein als Gastgeschenk. Offene Restaurants gibt es in dieser Jahreszeit nur in Pula oder Cagliari. Deswegen haben wir uns selbst versorgt und fast täglich gekocht. Wir und unser Hund haben uns in dieser Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren mit 6 Hunden vor Ort. Jedes Zimmer hat eine extra Klimaanlage. Sehr netter Vermieter.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Aussendusche ist einfach genial. Leider gibt es auf der Terrasse nur sitzmöglichkeiten für 3 Personen. Daher gebe ich für die Gesamtbewertung 4 Sterne

Schönes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und bot mit seinen 3 Schlafzimmern genug Platz für uns 5 Personen. Es liegt ca. 10-15 Minuten Fussmarsch vom schönen, Strand entfernt. Das Haus verfügt über eine Aussen- und Innendusche. So konnten immer alle Personen problemlos duschen. Wifi ist verfügbar, jedoch auf 15 GB für 2 Wochen begrenzt. Es empfiehlt sich daher eine eigene unbegrenzte Daten SIM. Was uns fehlte war ein Kinderstuhl, daher behalfen wir uns mit einer Decke sowie ein Toaster. Zum Haus gehört auch ein Aufstellpool. Leider hatten wir Pech und das Wasser war grün (Algen). Nach einer Schockchlorung, Dauerfilterung sowie jeden Tag zwei Mal den Poolroboter reinsetzten, konnten wir die letzten 5 Tage doch noch baden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher optional für 25 Euro pro Person. Empfangen wurden wir vor Ort von einer Immobilienmanagerin. Die Einweisung dauerte leider nur 5 Minuten. Sie erklärte uns kurz die Eingangstüre, das Abfallreglement (dazu unten mehr) sowie die Stromversorgung. Uns ging es alles zu schnell. Leider findet sich im Haus keine ausführliche Beschreibung der Immobilie. Vor Ort fand man eine Liste, an welchem Tag welcher Müll entsorgt werden muss sowie ein A4 Blatt mit den Hausregeln und Zusatzkosten. Jeden Tag muss man eine andere Sorte Müll zur ca. 150 m entfernten Hauptstrasse bringen (z.B. Montag Allgemein, Dienstag Bio, dann Flaschen/Alu, Plastik, Karton und Papier) So ergibt es sich unweigerlich, dass man am Ende des Urlaubs Müll übrig hat. Wir erhielten jedoch keine Info, was damit zu tun ist. Folglich wollte uns die Immobilienmanagerin 50 Euro für die Entsorgung berechnen. Aus meiner Sicht muss der Gast darüber informiert werden, was er mit diesem Müll am Ende machen soll. Einfach am Abholort hinstellen ist eher ungünstig, da Tiere die Säcke aufreissen. Da es bei uns starke Gewitter gab, fiel der Strom und das Warmwasser (Durchlauferhitzer mit Gas) aus. Den Strom kann man im daneben liegenden Waschhäuschen am Haupttableau mit den Sicherungen wieder anstellen. Für das Warmwasser bot Roberto sehr schnell jemanden auf, der den Schaden behob. Passen Sie mit dem Schlüssel für die Glasschiebetüre auf. Wenn der Schlüssel steckt und Kinder spielen oder jemand etwas zu fest dreht, kann er leicht abbrechen (passierte und leider). Roberto hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Probleme und war sehr hilfsbereit. Er brachte uns sogar Fahrräder vorbei. Wir würden unsere Ferien 2021 auf jeden Fall wieder in der Villa Roberto verbringen.

Toller Urlaub mit der Familie!

Wir hatten knapp zwei Wochen Idylle für die ganze Familie. Die Kinder konnten den Freiraum im Garten nutzen, wir konnten toll grillen und wenn wir Abkühlung brauchten in der Pool hopsen. Robertos Familie hat uns tatkräftig unterstützt! Der Weg zum Strand ist ebenfalls toll und führt zum schönsten Strandabschnitt in Chia. Vielen Dank an Roberto und seine Eltern!!! völlig freistehende Villa mit riesigem Garten, nur ein paar Hundert Meter zum wunderschönen Strand

Die Villa steht völlig frei und leicht erhöht Mitten im Grünen, mit Rundblick auf die wunderschöne Küstenlandschaft und inmitten eines riesigen und sehr schön angelegten Gartens. Der traumhafte Strand ist nur wenige Hundert Meter entfernt und sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für Familien oder Freunde ist dieses Ferienhaus optimal. Es bietet Platz für 6 Personen (3 Zweibettzimmer). Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das Haus und die Küche sind etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Roberto und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, kinderlieb, tierlieb und absolut vertrauenswürdig.
