Recently renovated with stylish upgrades, the unit includes a gourmet kitchen, complimentary WiFi, and cable. Step outside the front gates onto 1st Street, where you’ll find dining, nightlife, and entertainment within walking distance. Whether you're seeking a peaceful beach escape or an active day of beach cruising and sightseeing, this is the perfect spot. ****PLEASE NOTE*** OUR INTERIOR UNIT IS NOT OCEANFRONT AND HAS NO OCEAN VIEW. HOWEVER, IT IS JUST STEPS AWAY FROM THE POOL AND BEACH ACCESS. THE COMMUNITY IS OCEANFRONT.

Enjoyed the short walk to beach to watch sunrise nearly every day & daily beach walks.I really liked the fact that parking was private just for that condo complex and that it was gated!The condo is an older building but this condo was well kept & well furnished.

Nice location. Beware of the difference between ocean front property and ocean view property.

Walking distance to restaurants. Site pictures lead you to believe that it is an ocean view property. That is not accurate.

Cute place perfect for a beach getaway. We did think it was on the beach directly, however, we did look at many properties. Communication was easy with management company and smooth check in and check out. Steps to the beach very nice.The front door does need repair as it lets light and shakes throughtout the night as if someone is breaking into the place. Simple fix I am sure. Overall - cute quaint stay

Great little condo by the beach. Easy access to beach and pool. Eating places easily walkable. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative we had was that the bathroom is inside the one bedroom. Those that sleep on the sofa bed don't have access to bathroom at night. Would come again though!

Great place and location

Close to everything especially the beach! My only thing was it was listed at beach front and it was not. Now it was on the same side as the beach and was extremely easy to access! Less than 2 minutes to get to the sand. I would stay here again!

Overall my experience was positive. It was very clean, however, I did find 3 roaches but that was due to the weatherstripping around the front door that needed replacing. I think that is to be expected in Florida though. I did bring it to the owners attention. The location was perfect. The pool was nice. I liked that it was gated entry. I would not be opposed to staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was equipped with most everything you need to cook. Clean,other than the mildew smell. Should do more about that,because its a great place otherwise. Close to everything. We didn't care for the construction right nextdoor, but we get it,given the season.

Great home away from home.

The unit was within walking distance of restaurants, bars and ice cream (I like to walk). The pier was a short walk also and I watched the sunset from the pier. There were lots of surfers to watch and the sunrise was beautiful! The unit was perfect except I did not remember my login for the TV (streaming only). I did watch Netflix as I remembered that login. I got very lucky with the weather. No rain/only beautiful Florida days! The pool was lovely! The picture does not show this unit and I was surprised that the path over the dunes goes right to the beach! Loved it!

Condo needs somatic new front door and new door casing the reason I chose that place because it had a pool that should be heated for the amount of money we paid to rent that place I didn’t like the texting game I had to use to talk to the property manager

The lock on the door needs changed to a key pad. That is so much easier. The bolt lock is getting old and the wood is chipped. Don’t be so cheap and fill up the hand soap by adding water. Just replace it. There should be better amenities offered for personal hygiene. So those are the only things I could see. The place was very clean and cute. I love how close it was to the beach. I love how there was an air conditioner in every room to keep the place cool since it was so hot. It’s a gated area which was great! The owner was very informative of everything we needed. There is so much to do and places to eat in the area.

The exterior of the building area didn't exactly scream "welcome," but once we stepped inside our space, it was a different story. A bit of TLC on the front entrance – a fresh coat of paint, a new door, and functional welcoming mat behind the secure gate – would go a long way.However, the interior was a diamond in the rough. The living room was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with clear instructions that showed the owners cared about communication. The kitchen was fully stocked and spotless, and the hallway had a convenient rack for hanging belongings. The bedroom and bathroom were also clean, although the bathroom's small size and broken/missing tub tiles were noticeable.The back patio could use some work – getting rid of rusted chairs and a bit of sweeping would make a big difference – but with the beach and pool, restaurants, entertainment, stores nearby, it wasn't a deal-breaker. All in all, we'd definitely consider coming back. With a few tweaks, this place could be truly special a special diamond in the heart ♥️.Thank you guys!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property was perfect and the amenities described were accurate. But the cleanliness and the maintenance of the property was not good. The shag carpets were dirty with food stuck in them, the floors were grimy and the tub was filthy and continually was clogging. The shower curtain was stained and the towels given had holes in them. There were stains on all the linens and the couch. Paint was peeling on all the doors and splash stains on the walls. No matter the location or if a property is updated means nothing if the property is not maintained or clean. I would not recommend this property to a friend or stay at one of these properties again.

Hi Todd, I'm not sure what happened to make your critique of the property this horrible. I know that you had one issue with the shower not coming on properly, which we rectified immediately with our plumber. Nothing was ever mentioned to us about any of these items. We certainly would have corrected any issues. Furthermore, all of our linens and towels are thoroughly inspected 2-3 times during and after the cleaning process and we would not leave out any towels with holes in them. We manage and maintain several properties in the area and pride ourselves on keeping things up to good standards.
