Le Matignon - Design apartment facing Lake Annecy

Located 20m from the water on the Avenue d'Albigny, the Matignon apartment is a real cocoon for your stay in Annecy.
Completely renovated in July 2019, the apartment is ideal for 4 people and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Carefully decorated by an interior designer, the apartment is fully air conditioned and has two balconies: the first side living room overlooking the lake, the second side kitchen.
It has 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom with a large storage and a TV.
The spacious living room is also equipped with a TV and opens to a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high speed WiFi.

Bed Linen and towels will be provided for your stay.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor with elevator.

🅿️You can park your car directly in the underground car park of the building (max 1m90).
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled at the edge of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
