Monthly rental Oceanview Townhouse - Summerhouse 150

A beautiful view from the balcony in this ocean view 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath townhouse. There is a bathroom conveniently located downstairs. The unit has enough to sleep six. It is furnished with a new king bed, two twins, and sleeper sofa. There are two TV's, VCR, DVD and a stereo for entertainment within the condo. Tile floors which makes it cool for summer and easy clean up from the sand downstairs. Bedrooms are carpeted for a home like feel, easy on the knees. RENTS MONTHLY ONLY!! At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

2024 Summerhouse Unit 150 Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean, and sufficiently stocked for all our needs. There was organized Snowbird activities for all. Easy access to the beautiful beach and enough pools for all. Short drive to restaurants and shopping. The on-site staff was friendly, efficient and professional.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summerhouse is a beautiful destination. Grounds are immaculate, pools are pristine, beaches are spectacular. Close enough to shopping, but far enough from the crowds. Restaurants were greatly enjoyed! We would love to spend another month or two there next year. Office personnel were kind, courteous, and very helpful. They addressed any problems or concerns we had in a very timely manner. They are a great group of ladies. However, SH 150 was a big disappointment! It had a horrible smell, was full of dog hair, was dusty, dirty and not well maintained. Would not rent this unit again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been coming to Summerhouse for over 30 years. Love the location and pools. Staff is kind and helpful. Proximity to beach can’t be beat. Condo looked good upon arrival but someone from staff came over shortly after we were there to inspect because the previous guests had complained about cleanliness. Everything seemed fine but after we settled in we noticed the same issues. Cabinets had a film of grease on them. Dishes in the cabinets also were covered in a greasy film. Tons of pillows on the couch, too many to sit down, and they smelled musty. We found a pair of dirty shorts and socks under a bed. It became clear as we unpacked that everything was just a little dirty. In general the place is nice enough but having stayed for so many years, we wouldn’t return to this unit. It’s not bad. It just not great.
