This cozy and clean “shabby-chic” styled 2-bedroom home (one California King and one full-size bed) offers the comforts you need and the calming atmosphere you want. Whether you’re here to work, rest, recover, explore, or just get a change of pace, this space invites you to slow down, cook, breathe, and enjoy Boulder at your own rhythm.

In the warmer months, step outside to enjoy two separate decks surrounded by flower gardens. These quiet outdoor spaces are perfect for morning coffee, reading in the sun, al fresco meals, or ending the day with fresh air and a soft Colorado breeze.

Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms with cozy bedding, soft lighting, and simple décor that feels personal but not cluttered. The layout works wonderfully for couples, solo travelers, colleagues traveling for work, or anyone staying for a longer visit. This house offers a dedicated workspace, giving remote workers, students, and business travelers a place to focus.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. If possible, put your towels, washcloths, bathmat, and kitchen hand towels in the washing machine and start it on HOT. Whatever does not fit, please put on the floor in the bathroom.
2. If you made coffee, please throw out the used filter, and put the coffee pot and filter holder in the dishwasher. 3. Please completely empty the contents of the refrigerator. If there are any
Leftovers, or anything in Tupperware, please throw it away and put the Tupperware in the dishwasher. Please put the toothbrush holder and cups in the dishwasher along with the sponge. Start washer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The maximum number of nights allowed for booking this property is 20.

This was a perfect spot for two retired teachers. It was clean, kitchen extremely well-stocked. Be sure to have dinner at Carelli's of Boulder. (we did....TWICE!). The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe!
